Douglas Younker

Doug grew up in a small community in rural America with two parents and five siblings. His childhood was full of fun and adventure, milking cows, and hauling hay at his grandparent’s small farm and picking apples at his other grandparent’s orchard. Christmas was a special time spent opening gifts, eating mom’s home-made desserts and spending time with family. As an adult he wanted to provide a meaningful Christmas for his children and so each year they selected a family in need to provide gifts and food for. This is a true story of one Christmas – the year of the Christmas Socks.
