I had mixed feelings about this book after reading it. I liked the book because the moral of the story is clearly visible in the authors writing. The book also states the moral at the being of the book to make it clear to readers. "Treat other as you would want to be treated." But I didn't like this book because the characters weren't well developed. I feel like information was missing about the Fox and the Stork's relationship. The illustrations made it seem like the dinners were dates by the Fox and Stork dressing really fancy. It would have been nice for the author to elaborate a little more on their relationship.Overall, this fable is for readers to understand the importance of treating others the way that they'd like to be treated.
