Leaders don’t like failure
Leaders don’t like failure. Nobody likes failure. Nobody wants to be at the receiving end of a bad outcome because it shows your time, money, and efforts were unfruitful. Leading a team full of inspiring people, working hard and spilling blood and sweat to achieve your goal is what separates a leader from an average one. An uncertain result is humiliating and painful but the motivation to prevail in times like these is essential. The leaders’ passion and purpose should never cease. You cannot quit. Push yourself to work hard and avoid failure. Learn from your mistakes. Get yourself absorbed and determined to work to get success.
