    Dedication:

I write this book for all people who strive to live by God’s right ways but have been confused by the various views, opinions, arguments and interpretations that the different sources have given. These various views, opinions and arguments have provided the base of all religious studies and my desire to help people to understand the Bible, God and the nation of Israel better.

In today’s society many people are struggling to understand why there are so many diseases and disasters. This companion book to the Bible will give the reader a better understanding of all the concepts God and Christ say we need to know to have good lives, and from a perspective most people haven’t thought of.

I dedicate this book to all who have power with God and man and have prevailed. (Gen 32:28) May your blessed lives from living by God’s commands be a testimony to the peoples around you of who the true Almighty Creator is.

I also dedicate this book to my Heavenly Father Yahweh the God and Creator of all, and his one and only son Messiah Yahshua who redeemed me from my sins and inspired me with their perfect religion. I love you.

    To All Readers,

This following passage exonerates me of your bad lives or deaths should you choose to believe or practice anything other than what God has taught in his word. This book teaches God’s true religion whether you accept it or not. To those who have eyes, let them see; to those who have ears, let them hear.

Ezek 3:17-19 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. 18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

    Introduction

If you were to take a survey of the three most important things a person wants in their life they would be love, good health and money. (Strange how I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t want any one of these things). But I have met many who don’t have these things.

The next questions should be... How would you obtain all of these things? What must I do or know to attain them? Who could we go to for all the answers we seek for a good, long, healthy, prosperous, safe, love filled life? Is there one person that has one set of standards that works for every one? Is there one body of persons that everyone in that group is perfectly healthy, is prosperous, safe, has nothing but love for everyone and lives a long life? If we cannot find one group of people who enjoys all these things, then whose fault is that? Who is supposed to be teaching us these things of life that would give us all we want and need for a good life?

Many believe it is our church leaders’ duty to teach us these things of life, but who is teaching the leaders? How do we know what they are being taught? If they are being taught right, then why are the people so spiritually and physically sick with so many diseases, and have so many tragedies and financial problems? Why do the leaders themselves have such bad lives and bad things happening? What information is missing that they are not learning that is keeping them from having the good life they are seeking? Who is regulating the Bible schools and the curriculum our church leaders are learning from? Do our religious leaders realize that our creator will hold them accountable for the souls that are lost due to wrong teachings? But who will our religious leaders hold accountable when they find out they weren’t taught correctly? How do we know for sure if what we are being taught is right?

After all the years I have been studying and researching the Bible and researching what the Bible schools and seminaries are teaching, I have come to the conclusion that the curriculum in the Bible colleges is where the conflict of incorrect teachings and missing information begins. I have attended a few different churches long enough to discover what they were teaching was in conflict to the Bible. I then began asking myself, If the Pastors, Ministers, Teachers, Preachers, etc., are not learning the basics being taught in the Bible, i.e., Ten Commandments, Holy Days, etc., then what are they learning? A close scrutiny of course descriptions for Bible colleges that I visited on the internet reveals the answers. Here is a sample of what I found. (My comments in parenthesis.)

    - Basic Bible Survey 1: Old Testament - This is a survey of the entire Old Testament. It focuses on the prophecies and underlying theme of salvation. It covers each of the books from Genesis to Malachi. (No in depth study of Ten Commandments.)

    - Major Prophets - A look at the five major prophets of the Old Testament, their messages, historical settings, personalities and lives. (These should have gone into greater detail as to the whys, and wherefores of the anger and disappointments the Heavenly Father has with the nation of Israel and the principles they refused to learn.)

    - Kingdom Living - Understanding Kingdom Principles is necessary if one is to spread the gospel of the kingdom. This course focuses on patterns and principles of Kingdom Living and how the Holy Spirit wants to break into the life of a believer for personal revival. (A person has to be taught the principles before they can Understand them. The principles ARE the Commandments).

    - Argumentation and Debate - An examination and practical application of the art of argumentation using techniques of debate and argument for the purpose of defending one’s point of view without retaliation. (True children of God don’t argue or debate with God to defend their own opinion and points of view. They humbly accept God’s teachings and let God and Christ speak for themselves through the scriptures.)

Further enlightening scriptures came to my knowledge while looking up the definitions for the words theology, which led to philosophy, which led to theory, which led to speculation, hypothesis, conjecture and guess. And then to my astonishment I came across this passage of scripture in Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Why would a person want to speculate, conjecture, theorize or guess when it comes to their souls, quantity and quality of life, especially when God has already taught us what is right and wrong and how to live according to him? A person doesn’t have to have a Master’s degree in theology to learn the Bible or understand God and Christ.

It is not enough to chronicle the failure of the present religious system without offering more or better information that would clear up the misconceptions we now live with. It does no good to have a Savior, a God or a Bible if people don’t want to hear what they say. It would be in our own self-interest to have a Savior to teach us how to be healthy, happy, prosperous and saved.

A person can only have a longer life, better health and more prosperity if they conform their lives to what the Heavenly Father wants of them. They have to be willing to learn the scriptures and then accept them for what it says. If you think you don’t have the intelligence, wisdom and understanding to be able to learn, you would be wrong. The Heavenly Father delights in the person who has the desire to seek him out and will give you the intelligence and understanding necessary to be able to learn. There is no greater investment a person could make for themselves than to open the door of change and growth to a loving, giving and protecting Heavenly Father who has their best interests at heart.

Read the scriptures for yourselves to learn what the Father and Christ teach as truth before you form an opinion that may defend or support Satan and worldly views. To consistently believe and support a church or religious group without researching what they are teaching, before putting it into practice, would be a trespass against the first commandment to not put anything else before God. Some people think the Bible has no relevance for our society now, but distance and time have not changed the word of God from Old Testament times to now. It is still the same, and it still applies to our lives now.

    How to Use This Book

This book is not a book you read once and then put away in a closet. It is a book designed to be used as a study guide and companion to the Bible, (a companion in the continual process of change and growth). It will reveal and analyze the struggle between society, secular (worldly) religions and actual Bible teachings between good and evil, truth and untruth, and right and wrong.

It is organized according to the principles based in the Bible for easy reference and focused study. As you progress to deeper levels of understanding and implementation, you can go back time and again to the principles contained in each command and work to expand your knowledge and wisdom. Try to change your perspective on each subject, if you do, your understanding will deepen, and it will be easier to apply the changes in your life. (Try seeing things from God’s or Christ’s point of view.) Many will discover that religion really isn’t about the Bible, it is about our own lives and the stepping stones we take to better our lives and relationship with our Creator.

The first intelligent thing a person can do is research everything they are taught before believing or putting it into practice. The Heavenly Father protects our best interests by giving us instincts that we are supposed to listen to. My instincts have guided me in my quest for a pure relationship with the Heavenly Father. Whenever anyone tried to teach me something that was in opposition to God’s ways, I would get this funny feeling that something wasn’t quite right about what they were saying. I couldn’t always put my finger on what it was that was bothering me, I just knew I was bothered by it.

I would then go to the Bible, my handy, everyday dictionary and my Strong’s Concordance and look up all the scriptures pertaining to the subject, and do a thorough research of the subject. I would also look up definitions of words (some I thought I knew and some I didn’t) and was surprised by the definitions that were given.

So far, this thorough research has proven very accurate to disprove what the person was saying. If we let God guide us, He will not fail us, but man will. The second most intelligent thing a person can do is realize there are other religions contrary to what God has given us and know that those religions come from Satan.

Unfortunately for most people, they don’t know the difference between God’s religion and the others because they haven’t read the Bible. The only way we can prove if a religion is right, is by comparing it to what God and Christ say it is to be. It’s a real shame that many people aren’t interested in learning how to be blessed with good health, prosperity in everything and long life.

    What This Book is Not

This book and study guide is based on the principles found in the Bible. You will not find my own opinions or theories in here. You will find answers to questions as to why we do the things we do, and who would want to lead us astray or harm our relationship with the Heavenly Father and Christ.

Every quote from the scriptures will be backed by additional quotes from the scriptures so that they interpret each other. Most word definitions will have a couple definitions or synonyms to give clearer understanding of the topic.

Here is a sample definition. I’ll use the word spoil from the passage in Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Spoil in this essence implies we would be robbed if we are enticed away from God and Christ through philosophy and vain teachings of man. Other synonyms that apply to the verse would be - booty, seduce. despoil, rob, induce, lead away. Additional words to look up are; vain, philosophy, tradition, rudiments or any other words for better clarification.

Seduce means to mislead, to lead astray, to persuade to do something disloyal, to entice; lure.

In Merriam-Webster Dictionary - spoil vb 1. Rob, pillage. 2. To damage seriously; ruin. SYN, injure, harm, hurt, mar.

Webster’s New Encyclopedia - spoil - to damage, to injure, to cause to decay; to harm character by indulgence, (spoiled child).

If you continue reading definitions of the same word but in different forms, you’ll really get enlightened. Example: Webster’s - spoil -ed, spoilt, -er n. one who takes a delight in interfering with enjoyment of others.

Who would possibly want to interfere or lead people away from God??? Satan would.

Looking up synonyms and other words listed helps to expand our understanding even more.

So... What have we learned from this study? Col 2:8 states, Beware lest any man spoil (lead us away, seduce and rob) you through philosophy (theory, speculation and guesses of man), and vain deceit, (their own opinions) after the tradition of men, (their own doctrines) after the rudiments of the world, (worldly and societies ways) and not after Christ. (Sound doctrines plainly stated by God and Christ in the scriptures.)

The final questions we should ask to determine the final answer in every subject should be... Who has more wisdom and authority to determine the final answer in this matter, God and Christ or man? And... Who will I be answering to at the end of my life, God and Christ or man?

We really can’t blame the pastors for the misconceptions being taught, but we can blame Satan for misleading the school and seminary owners for implementing misleading curriculum. We should also learn the actual principles taught in the Bible and then set higher standards with the Christian Education Associations to make sure the schools are keeping in agreement with the Bible principles. Schools that have a curriculum that do not meet the set standards should be required to change their curriculum or not be allowed to teach at all.

Some college students are required to make these following pledges:

To uphold the ideals of Christ, as an example, which includes a godly lifestyle.

1 Cor 9:14 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.

To have true desire to prepare myself so that I can truly benefit from my classes.

2 Tim 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

To try to keep the teachings of Jesus in all that I do, with a meekness of spirit.

Matt 11:29 Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Another pledge that needs to be added would be to do further research on each subject and making sure it does not contradict God and Christ before a church leader instructs their congregation on practicing the belief. I’m sorry to have to tell the many pastors, ministers and church leaders this, but... you’re going to have to be re-trained in a few areas. Please don’t take it too hard, it’s not your fault, my fault or the school’s, its Satan’s. Deceit is his job, and we all know how good he is at it.

For the individuals who feel mislead by their leaders, please don’t be too hard on them, they can only teach what they were taught. I am not writing this book to put down other people or other beliefs. I grew up in this same world everyone else has and was taught to believe and practice the same things everyone else keeps.

My parents only went to church two times a year at Christmas and Easter and really didn’t try to learn more about the religion they halfheartedly kept. They didn’t make us kids learn more by taking us to church or opening the Bible themselves. The only basics we were taught were don’t lie, don’t cheat and don’t steal.

These three basics and the two one hour segments at church during the year do not make for a complete religious belief when there is so much more involved. Please forgive me if I sound accusing or judgmental, that is not my intent. My intent is to show and explain how all of us, including myself, have been deceived into believing and practicing what the world and society want us to do instead of God and Christ. God’s and Christ’s intent for us was to be more special and separate than to be worldly.

Many people don’t like being told what to do, but in order to attain the things they want in life they have to live by the precepts given to attain what they want. As an example: A student who wants to get an A grade in their class needs to do the research on the subject first, then write the paper, then turn it in to the instructor before they can get a grade. How much work and research they put into the paper will determine what that grade will be. The more effort they put into it, the higher the grade.

The same precepts are applied in life with God. The more effort we put in to getting to know him, the more our lives become blessed by him. If we respond with hostility, indifference or unbelief to God’s corrective instructions then we miss the opportunity to grow in our understanding of God’s will and blessings we could be receiving.

This book will focus on the main principles God gave us for having a good life and give the missing information that wasn’t taught in the Bible schools. It will guide you to the creator who has the power to give you a long, healthy, safe, love filled and prosperous life. We can personally investigate his word on our own. We do not have to rely on a church leader to equip us with God’s word.

It is best to approach all Bible subjects with an open mind and hear all the facts pertaining to each subject, and then proving and comparing all the facts and opinions with the scriptures before believing, accepting, disagreeing or practicing any beliefs. When in doubt, go to God and the scriptures for guidance. We are not supposed to let Satan, society or worldly opinions rule our thoughts and behaviors. Our world is not to be shaped by our thoughts, feelings and behaviors; it is to be shaped by the right principles God gave us. We should choose good over evil, God over Satan, and truth over myth and fantasy.

I know many of the people who read this book are basically good people and they want to be good because if they didn’t they wouldn’t be in the churches and doing so much good for others. This book is intended to do good for you by supplying some very much overlooked information that wasn’t deemed important in the training of church leaders in the Bible schools. This information can literally transform our lives if we allow it to and don’t close our minds and hearts to God and Christ.

Much of the blessings I’ve received in life have come from little tidbits and secrets hidden within the Bible itself. Secrets that have the power to transform our lives from bad to good.

I ask that those who read this book, read it in its entirety, and look up all the scriptures pertaining to each subject. Ask God to give you his Holy Spirit along with his intelligence, knowledge and understanding to receive his truth before you make any final judgments on this information.

The key to having a better life is simple. God will not force himself on us. He shows us the options and then lets us make our own choices. People do have the option of asking God for help and wisdom to make sound choices. If the choices we make turn out to not work for us, we can still have the option to make other choices that will. God will allow us to make some mistakes so we can learn from them. God will always love us, even while we are making mistakes, and he will always forgive us... if we ask and repent of our poor choices. But then we must agree to do things the way God says they are to be done in order to receive his blessings he gives us. We can’t make sound, beneficial choices if we lack much of the information needed to base our choices on.

The following chapters will give you the rest of the information so you too can make sound choices.

This book will help people to see life, health, society, and laws in a different way. It’s a paradigm shift that provides a deeper level of meaning and thinking in life concerning principle-centered, character-based foundational values. Please try not to get stuck on one point or subject or you’ll miss the main purpose of the message. A person can always go back and re-read a chapter that they didn’t understand the first time. This book will help to simplify religion.

We will not adulterate God’s words with inferior books, literature or man-made opinions and theories. All of man’s ways are inferior to God’s. Truth is what the word of God says it is, not man. God’s and Christ’s authority is also found in what is written in the scriptures that were given by God. Matt 4:4,7 and 2 Tim 3:16. God is not the author of confusion, Satan is. If a subject or belief confuses you, then go to God and Christ’s word for clarification. The Bible harmonizes itself beautifully if you allow it to. It’s best not to rely on man and his theories, theology or other books that contradict the Bible. A good dictionary, a complete concordance and the Bible itself is all a person needs to study the word of God. And that is all that is being used in this book to show where man has gone wrong in religion.

Adulterate - to make impure by mixing in a foreign or inferior substance.

Each one of us has a war to fight with Satan before we can live a prosperous, peaceful life with God. That war will define our own lives and determine where we will spend eternity. Satan will always try to come between us and God by using any means he sees fit to do. The more gullible and ignorant we are, the easier it is to deceive us. His easiest weapon is knowing our laziness to read God’s word because we think it is difficult to read and even harder to understand.

This book is designed to help everyone read, understand and know God’s words and what he truly wants from each of us. We don’t have to be a pastor or seminary student to understand the Bible. It is in fact better if we aren’t a pastor or religious leader when we go to God to learn. Who are you going to let win your soul, God or Satan? Your intelligence and courage will help with your choice.

This book will give you the missing information not found anywhere else. It will clear up all the confusing religious concepts to give you clear understanding of what God and Christ actually say in the scriptures.

"The Incomplete Person" covers over 65 biblical subjects ranging from anger, to baptism, blessings, healings, life prosperity and success, obtaining miracles and peace, tithing God’s way that blesses us abundantly, financial peace, God’s promised protection, his Life and Health Insurance plan (that I’ve been living by for 30+ years that works beautifully), to receiving great knowledge and wisdom, and so much more.

Now it’s your turn to learn how to improve your life... and remove all the major Life issues that are plaguing your life. Please allow God the opportunity to heal you physically, spiritually and emotionally with solid how-to knowledge from God’s and Christ’s own words.

I pray that you find this book to be a valuable resource that gives concise and solid biblical answers and understanding to the major Bible concepts and major Life issues of today. If you do, will you please share it with your loved ones and friends who also need answers to their Life problems?

    Five Levels of Bible Learning

    Level 1:

Salvation sounds like a good thing. People can go along with that. They like the songs and the feel-good fellowship with others they meet in their church. They might read little books or pamphlets on different subjects concerning religion. But the person doesn’t read the Bible.

    Level 2:

People learn baptism and how to be saved concepts. They learn to accept Christ and work towards being baptized. People attend church and only learn the parts of the Bible the pastor reads them or tells them to read.

    Level 3:

People read the whole Bible, page by page; chapter by chapter; and book by book. We learn the whys, wherefores and how’s by learning the heart of God and Christ. We learn to understand why God is so upset and brokenhearted with his people. We come to know God on a more intimate level and we realize God has the same feelings in his heart that we have in ours. Feelings of betrayal when our spouse or children betray us. Feelings of insecurity because someone you love says they love you too, but they show you the opposite. Feelings of longing for people to want to get to know you, of why you are the way you are, and then accept you and love you because of the way you are. We learn to see things from God’s and Christ’s perspective instead of our own short sightedness. We realize that all he wants for us is good things and never bad. We learn how to put into practice the trust and faith Christ speaks of and learn how to pray so that our prayers are answered. We become brave enough to overcome obstacles and change things we don’t like about ourselves or in our lives that have kept us from the goals and dreams we hold for ourselves. We learn that all things really are possible through Christ because we are obtaining our dreams even against all odds.

    Level 4:

We get out our Strong’s Concordance of the Bible and all the dictionaries and encyclopedias we have and then do studies subject by subject, word by word. We discover that some things we learned in level two didn’t go as deep into the Bible as it could have. We realize that in level three our knowledge doubled from level two and that many of the main scriptures that should have been used to come to a better understanding of the topic were never read or mentioned. We realize that many of the scriptures that weren’t used are the ones that gave the most understanding and clarity of the subject. In level four we see things so much clearer that wasn’t explained in level two. In some cases we discover we are offended and feel betrayed at this new insight because it is the opposite of what the pastor taught us and the opposite of what the world wants us to do. But eventually we realize that our salvation comes from our obedience to God and Christ and not the world or man. We decide to change our ways and put all our faith and trust in God and Christ and are pleasantly surprised when we realize how truly blessed we are with the Holy Spirit in our hearts and abundant blessings in our lives from doing what God says is right. We find we are healed of many diseases and health problems when we ask in faith of Christ to heal us of our infirmities. And all this is because we choose to put God first and believe him more than man. Many of the pastors and ministers that go through seminary don’t even learn the things in level four that they should. The curriculum in the schools doesn’t delve very deep into the scriptures either. The research on schools and their curriculums that I have done has shown a lack of the basics that the Bible is about. How could thousands of our church leaders go through years of training in the Bible schools and not learn the whys, wherefores and how’s of the 10 commandments and the main points God and Christ taught?

These are the main points that the Bible is about: (These are God’s Basic Life Principles.)

    - The 10 commandments

    - Prosperity, success, good
