Buddhism Through Its Scriptures Class Discussions
Inferring is instinctual, and part of the human experience.
It is not what can be observed with the eyes that adds density, but what can be felt, and then translated to another person. Reading for density comes naturally; one does not have to be Buddhist to read for density. It is the rigid educational system that teaches us to remove feelings from what we learn and view everything through the lens of logic
. Everyone feels density to some degree naturally, but depending on one's unique brain, they might be gifted at being able to communicate what they see or feel. Therefore some people become artists; the essence of art
is density, adding density to the human experience, and being able to communicate it in an alternative way. However, some people can also learn to read for density, and improve their ability to communicate what they see or feel with practice.
Poetry appears to be the art form that goes hand in hand with understanding Buddhist scriptures, as poetry is a literary experience between the reader and the words expressed, which are lyrical and open to multiple interpretations, which may or may not be right, but aren't necessarily wrong.

Refuge vs refugee.
The word refugee implies a need to escape
