It is done and it is good . Seven years of reading, studying and even teaching Jeshua’s Way of the Heart, Way of Transformation and Way of Knowing has never managed to bring me to the personal experience of feeling the transformation required that is occurring in me right now as a result of the Jewels of the Christ Mind course.

These lessons skillfully crafted by Jayem to carve out a channel for the love of God to flow through me have represented my stepping stones. Each one appearing in perfection as I was ready to make the shift to embrace the next unveiling of the Truth, leading right up to this final lesson where I realize there never were any stepping stones and all that was occurring was my Free fall into God.

How do you get to experience the Divine without someone taking you by the hand to lead you through the stages of feelings, doubts, shadows and fear? I honestly don’t think it’s possible to ‘move through’ unless a gift of this nature is offered and accepted. Thank you, Jayem for being the one with the willingness, the tenacity and the love to extend your hand and reach out

to me.

Jeshua ben Joseph, otherwise known as Jesus, said,

Awakening is not difficult.

You don’t have to believe it.

You merely need to acknowledge it.

Each time you do so, the spaciousness

of your heart increases.

And as that occurs, the willingness to be wholly

vulnerable with one another will blossom.

And then Love can shine forth in all its glory.

of the holy union of Father and Son.

This book, Cosmic Chocolate Orgasm, has come about because of Jayem’s total dedication to assisting others in their journey of awakening. I have been blessed to have spent as much time as anyone with Jayem over the past few years and have become intimately involved with the teachings, articles, poems, workshops, pilgrimages and all of the associated creativity that has birthed the PathWay, known as the Way of Mastery.

I feel obligated and indeed honored to share just a taste of the wealth of material with my fellow travelers. I trust that in this book we have managed to convey the Journey from the spiritual to the mystical, for it is the next step we must all take if we are to flower the soul in this lifetime. While we are all in this together, it is a solo journey – and yet, as we move together as family and friends of the heart, we find that all-persuasive strength and love which builds and expands upon itself.

To my brother Jayem who has shared his vision for the birthing of the Christ in form and bringing Heaven to Earth through this PathWay into Illumination I offer this message of gratitude on behalf of so many of us.

‘Thank you, Jayem for holding me in your heart that I might have the courage to see Myself and my Essence for what It is, I Am. For without you holding the space for me, how might I ever have known even of Its existence? I might have wandered in the darkness wasting yet another lifetime. Because of you I know that this lifetime is It, that there is no purpose to my life other than to see with the fully awakened eyes of Christ and to be the Servant of God.’

Chapter 1

What is a Mystic?

The word ‘mystic’ comes from the word ‘mysterium,’ or, ‘mystery,’ so a mystic is one who has desired – somewhere in their being – to know the divine more intimately, beyond thought, beyond theology, beyond metaphysics. A mystic is one who deliberately cultivates or takes up those forms of practice that melt away what is rigid within, who cultivates this feminine receptivity and surrender; whether it be with meditation, yoga or tai chi, there are many forms that can help melt the ice.

My own journey really began in Vietnam. I was nineteen. After a particularly hellish fire fight, I had an experience. That night I was digging a foxhole, and suddenly (I now understand it was a moment of cosmic consciousness) I literally felt stretched to infinity, I lost all sense of my individual separateness, I felt I was the sunset, I was the trees, all of these things… and the next thing I knew – whoosh – I was back to being me, a nineteen-year-old soldier, holding on to a shovel, but it was pitch black, which meant I had been standing there for probably an hour, with no sense of time. I got into my foxhole, and said, God, if there is such a thing, I have to know what you are and what all this is about. I didn’t get an answer, so I went back to being an angry nineteen-year-old saying, basically, Screw it.

Yet, I learned that any one of us, when we utter that prayer, in whatever way we do it, God is actually already replying Okay and begins the process of penetrating us and guiding us with a book here, a teacher there, an uncanny and timely experience there, melting away the veils … melting away the veils, … until we being to sense and touch the divinity of life. We begin to soften, we begin to have our ah-hahs. Ten or fifteen, twenty years later, we go, Oh my God, something picked me up and has been carrying me along perfectly – and I didn’t even know it. That’s the shem* – the wisdom of the divine flowing from the heart of Alaha*, who loves to penetrate her creation and bring it ever more into intimate alignment, intimate knowing, and intimate surrender, into that sublime mystery that is infinite, that no thought can ever possibly comprehend.

There my journey began, in a pitch-black foxhole. Upon returning home, and filled with an emaciated guilt I didn’t know I had, I just happened to be drawn to a philosophy class and met my first master (though it would be years before I could recognise it). Immersion in yoga, meditation, study and experimenting with the cutting edge of altered states followed, along with abysmal failure in relationships and a divorce that plummeted me into that dark sea of guilt, utterly failing for years as a father. And that landed me in a whole new world: in-depth exploration of my own developmental stages, family of origin, and eventually pre- and perinatal birth work. I learned it is in the depths of our own shadows that we must prepare the place for God to enter.

In 1987, Jeshua (Jesus) appeared to me in a field of light in my living room (see my book The Jeshua Letters) and under his guidance I have been forged into genuine wakefulness; I have come to this great love of God as Divine Mystery, that alone moves me and to which I am utterly surrendered in devotional service.

comes into a profoundly

deep love of the Mystery

we refer to as ‘God.’

It’s interesting that Christianity has made such an icon of Jeshua, for the following is even recorded in the Bible:

When His own disciples poured praise on Him for what He did, He said, Don’t call me good, there’s only one who is good, even, God.

Actually, he spoke in Aramaic and would have said ‘Alaha,’ the Cosmic Oneness, the Mystery. He taught a way of attuning to Alaha through oneness with the Rukha d’qoodsha. In my workshops and training I refer to this as LovesBreath, the One Cosmic, Holy Breath from which all Creation arises
