Shizuka has loved Akito for years, but she has never gotten up the courage to confess. Today’s the day, though! “Red is for Rose: The Heart of a Blooming Flower” follows Shizuka and the many obstacles, or people, that get in her way as she carries out her plans for the perfect confession.

In “A Gu-ey Vacation” Mike is racing against time to get his stolen Chinese bronze Gu— oh, and his girlfriend, Karen—out of Boston before anyone realizes they are missing. With one persistent light separating him from the snowy interstate and sunny Puerto Rico, he must maintain his cool long enough to keep the stolen Gu and Karen from leaving him cold and in jail.

Water dripped from the cracked, peeling ceiling of the suite, turning into snow mid-fall. Heinz sat up, running his hand through his ash-blonde hair. The temperature had fallen from 80° when they first entered the room to a bone-chilling below zero.
