Brian recalls his time in National Service and the Territorial Army. There are love poems written for his beloved wife and several reflections on his role as a father and the importance of family to him. Finally, there are observations of things in everyday life. Brian was always curious and interested in others. He had compassion and empathy and this is reflected in his writing.
