Very early in his adolescence, Kurtis became extremely interested in religion. Later he had a driving curiosity with science. He found biology and physiology his main areas of interest. Throughout his life other areas of science drew his attention to the very large and very small, such as cosmology, microbiology and quantum theories. He spent over forty years in the healthcare profession. Caring for people of all walks of life in various stages of life. He observed biology, and the reality of life and death firsthand and very personal without editing or censorship. He listened to thousands of people tell their stories of life with unbiased attentiveness. All of this collectively combined to help form his conclusions. A friend of his once called him an atheist that believes in God. A contradiction that he humbly accepts. He currently resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
