Describe My Dragon book is a simple and concise book to help my son prepare for his SATs. This book gives your child the opportunity to look at a variety of dragons and describe them. Adjectives and describing words are included to increase/improve and consolidate your child's vocabulary. This simple and short book can also be used to encourage your child to use a dictionary to look up new words or words that they are uncertain of the meaning of. My son found new words as he was using a dictionary to find the meanings. There are lots of teaching opportunities for you as you play with your child while you take it in turns to describe the dragons.
