About this ebook

This book is about a place that gives underprivileged children of our veteran service men and women a new beginning in life. I describe my 15and ½ year memorable experiences that hopefully parallel those of the other 200 plus kids living there at the time, fulfilling the home’s purpose, “Love, Care, and Education” for the children.
