About the Author: Clancy Mullenaux was born in America and doesn't plan on moving any time. The author wrote this book when he was ten through eleven years old. Clancy enjoys playing soccer, sandman, and loves pizza and pancakes. Clancy loves science, and learning about the world around him. This book was actually just going to be "Don't Be a Chicken Tom" until the author decided that would be boring so he created more short stories. I hope these stories spark your imagination and make you want to read even more. About the Illustrator: Shayla Allred was born in America. When she was in high school she took an art class and began painting. This might blow your mind but Shayla Allred is Clancy Mullenaux's mom. They have different last names because their family got divorced. The way she draws is she almost scribbles the rough draft, and then adjusts it to look like what she is drawing.
