About this ebook
The Theban Nitch is a compendium of ancient Egyptian philosophy and general esoteric knowledge; approached from the point of view of the Theban initiated values.
The way this book has been designed, is to offer a panoramic view of the profound philosophical and spiritual values of the Egyptian initiated way of life, as well as the understanding of natural events and the mystic perception of a deep spiritual believe. Characteristic of that important era of the human development, as a sapient race.
Most of us, subconsciously, know since be beginning of our life on this planet, that there is a different reality beyond the limiting structures of our surrounding environment and the rigid structures of our modern societies.
It is not easy… but neither impossible. All I am asking from my readers is the development of an open mind, capable to search, without prejudice or the previous misunderstanding of different ancient philosophical concepts.
To assist the reader in this spiritual endeavor, the book has been divided in 23 Gongs, or chapters, concentrated on a different Egyptian God or Goddess.
If after studying the content of this treatise, piece of basic knowledge, the reader perceives in his/her heart about 10% of the message… I will be very happy, very satisfied with the final mission of this honest project.

To assist the reader in this spiritual endeavor, the book has been divided in 26 Gongs, or chapters, each of them, concentrated on a different Egyptian God or Goddess. All chapter have been subdivided in two parts:
1) The spiritual or mystic message… at times a bit convoluted, but filled with the character of the God or Goddess in question.
2) A brief description, a collection of basic academic information, related to the God or Goddess related to each chapter.

Goddess and Lady of the Green Kingdom, of the beautiful paths to the East.
The fleeting one, the smiling one… the invisible and sweet one that will follow us all over with her mysterious smile, with her eternal candor. She is the one that, one step at the time, will take us up to the gates of Osiris kingdom.
Within the fresh movements of your macabre dance, you… great goddess, are revealing to us the tenderness of your face… covered with the dim vail of your irresistible Love.
Let’s dream, my dear brothers and sisters, because Amentet and Osiris are one and the same reality. Because Life and Death, are nothing but different aspects of the same reality.
Tell me Amentet, the pure Goddess of the glorious paths to the West. Where will the path to loneliness take us?
In your perpetual loneliness, do you know it…?
I have left the river behind, full of people, words and dreams; to climb towards this arid and dead mountain.
I was looking for you, Amentet; my beloved goddess.
But you are always fugitive and derisive, always escaping from my warm embrace. Forcing me to scape in search of the golden light, in search of flower corollas and the sound of running water…
That is why I have climbed this arid and dead mountain.
I want to fully possess you Amentet, eternally forever. You could not run away this time, because you have no place to go, but to my lonely heart. Amentet, look at my eyes, and love me…
We are alone in this circle of death; alone and helpless, in the midst of sterile dust and calcined stones. Everything has a gray splendor, but the black abysm of your eyes.
Love me Amentet… I am experiencing and infinite hunger of kisses, of your kisses… my beloved Goddess. I am thirsty… a fire thirst that only you could convert in a placid oasis.
Amentet… Amentet…
What will be the purpose of power and glory if you are not with me?
You are my power and my glory.
You are my poverty, my tears and my possessions.
You Amentet, my beloved soul, the one who follows me in a peaceful dream.
Because of you, I have climbed this arid mountain.
I have traveled multiple paths, searching for you among the confused multitude. A mob of people screaming and demanding, snatching whatever they could, until they let me alone and naked.
Amentet! Amentet! Be mine forever.
I have been claiming, screaming your Name all over the planet. I have been asking for you; describing you to everyone, but nobody could understand or identify who my beloved one was.
How could I describe your silence?
How could I describe the prolonged beauty of your long moments of silence?
I don’t own a house, I do not have anything…I left everything down there, at the valley.
Amentet! Amentet!
Please tell me, my beloved Goddess of the deserted roads; I cannot even remember how I was able to reach your heart. Everything remains down there, at the valley of shadows. I also left my memories… anyway, what use they could have had to my empty heart.
They did talk and talk, narrating fantasies once and once again. They did talk and screamed at each other.
Why are you smiling Amentet… are you teasing me?
Prodigies, fierce battles, enchanted castles, dragons… giants. Each one of them had their own stories. I did talk about yourself, my beloved one… about your luminous eyes, your burning fire kisses.
I should have talked about Amentet, the only one, the glorious one, the divine queen of the occidental reign. I also talked about her green reign.
I spoke about your green reign which was like a prolonged tear, or like a firebird that turn into ashes, the hunter who dire to hunt her; or like a seed of wheat, prisoner of a tight fist… or maybe like a pharaoh’s treasure forever lost deep in the sea.
Why nobody can possess you, oh Amentet? Only in a state of a sterile nudeness…
Amentet..! Amentet..!
Definitively… It has not been my fault, my beloved Amentet, but you… who has seduced me with your ardent kiss and your drilling stare, when I was down there, away from the cusped while I was sleeping.
You chased me with your implacable smile among the multitude, at the celebrations in the Temple. You chased me diluted in the shouting of the public markets… and at the end of the line of my pity laughing friends.
You Amentet, with your condescending smile.
Oh Amentet, you have no idea of how much I have suffered for you.
I remember when I was incessantly uttering the most beautiful desert stories that I had never uttered before. And it was all for you, as a way of begging mercy from your sordid smile.
And because of you, they mock me and call me a deceitful liar.
I did what nobody had done before, and I amazed the fool and the wise men. I did work, fought and learned to become a superior being, to propitiate that which your iced smile could transform with the warmth of the original kiss…
Oh Amentet!
Despite all of my efforts, I failed. Forever I became a failure.
You deserted me at the cusp of my glory. I remained forever tangled in my own stories… and I developed chains of schools for the stupid and the envious.
That is why… I have to climb this arid and dead mountain.
The herd of wolfs was constantly talking among themselves, vociferating in a high menacing tone.
Amentet, do you know why they screamed?
When I look deep in my own conscience, I realize that you never deserted me… I was the one who abandoned you. I was the one who escaped, afraid of your icy smile.
I was the one who ran far away… trying to escape my own failures.
I deeply sank into a dark orgy of noise and golden cups; I sank hooked into easy and foolish weaknesses.
I also became tilled with pride and contempt… like you, my beloved Amentet.
But deep inside, my heart was desperately crying.
And… from all of that, was born my own legend, which dragged me after your shadow… like a dirty slave, tied to the cart of the victorious one.
And, they kept pushing, asking for more, and more of that which I could provide. And, as a consequence, they hate me…
OH! Amentet, my beloved dream…your love is hard and inflexible.
And I became a perfect being, stupidly perfect and sterile. Filled with my egocentric pride, I pronounced grave and enigmatic dissertations... words, only words.
And the number of creditors augmented disproportionately.
They claimed, humbly demanded. With a smile they requested what was theirs, what they gave me.
I wonder why they gave it to me. I did not ask for anything.
They were demanding, my beloved Amentet. I have agreed to a covenant and I have to deliver my part.
And I had to promise and prorogate once and again…
Oh Amentet, my infinite hope… I wish you were there, as a faithful witness of my misery, of the true courage of a coward.
Looking back at the events, maybe because of my pettiness is that you have considered me worthy of your Love. Maybe, that is why now your smile has become warm and comforting… in this immense circle of death, on top of this sterile dust and charred stones.
Yes Amentet… I knew I will find you here on top of this arid and dead pick… of this gloomy and deserted mountain, above the melancholic dust of my failures.
Rise for ever… my smiling fugitive.
Let’s go to your green kingdom; towards the golden Light, towards the flower’s corollas… towards the murmur of the water currents.
Let’s go Amentet… My beloved Queen… my loyal slave…
EVERYTHING HAS BEEN CONSUMMATED!

In this full moon night, my sordid steps are resounding on the deserted avenues around temples and whitened palaces.
A silvered refraction illuminates my path, in search of wisdom and eluding answers, in search of the eternal myth of the sacred path, toward the Light.
Walking through the ancestral Thebes, the ancient capital of the upper and Lower Egypt.
In my head… each sign is a golden projection, each word a terrifying shriek that electrifies my sub consciousness.
A world of mystery is welcoming back my spirit to the heart of Ancient
