About this ebook
“Sometimes I Have To Tell You ‘No” gives parents the chance to explain to their offspring the need for its use. Moms and dads get a little emotional back up. Children get to see that they aren’t the only ones being denied their whims. Boundaries can be set, anger and feelings of disappointment may flare, but at the end of the day, we can cuddle and know we still love each other.
Amanda Sorg
Amanda Sorg is a wife, mother of two, United States Navy retired veteran, poet, and author of the new children's book, Sometimes I Have to Tell You, “No.” Amanda works in home health, attends nursing school, and after 22 years of mentoring Sailors, and starting her family, finally put pen to paper for her first book detailing why the word “no” is not popular, but necessary. Originally from Hoxie, a small town in NE Arkansas, she and her family settled in Norfolk, Virginia. In her very rare spare time, Amanda enjoys adventures with her sons and husband, Jim, doodling (a trait inherited from her mother, Linda), embroidery, and a good book. You may even find her at home watering the plants she has nearly killed but are hanging on by a thread – she is better at nursing than horticulture. You can visit her on Instagram @AmandaSorg_official and like her page on Facebook.
