CHAPTER 1

I don’t even know why you dragged me here in the first flipping place I rolled my eyes as far back as they could humanly go shut your face, you know you wanted too Margo had been on my back about the boys changing room for weeks No I couldn’t give two monkey balls if Kaz and Dana are in there this girl fanaticises over both of those absolute man-whores every day and probably every night.

Richmond High, or as I call it the College for man whores, roadmen and chavs, the only reason I’m in this hell hole is because my parents think there are no distractions because you don’t like that sort of crowd they are right but so wrong at the same time, this place is full of people who either love themselves way too much or love giving themselves to each other way too much. Not a single boy interests me, not even….Baby girl he placed his arm around my shoulder, I slowly turned around to face the annoying voice that now was ringing through my ear canal, like I’m ashamed to breath the same air as he does.

It’s Nova…and Kaz. quick question, are you allergic to nuts by any chance…because if you touch me one more time I’ll kick them so far up your throats you’ll be able to taste your own. Talk about masturbation at its finest I smiled as he smirked Nov shut up he was just being nice Margo said as I once again rolled my eyes And once again imma tell you Margo walking STD.

College was always long because I didn’t like having to walk the halls and see Mr STD on legs in my face not to mention his friend Dana, he is the definition of sheep, he practically kisses Kaz’s butt cheeks, Dana likes to think he’s the man and all but he’s not he’s the opposite the last girl he bed was in Year 8…we are in our last year of College. I feel sorry for him honestly because I’m not one to talk, I’ve never done it, I believe in that lovey dovey stuff.

So, I haven’t really introduced myself. Nova, it’s Nova Brookes but my friends call me Nov, I am British. Some would call me a hippie and I am a very independent woman and speak my word, but am not a feminist because those girls bore me. My enemy is Kaz, we’ve been enemies since our mothers met, which is quite funny seeing as we met at College got close then got told that we should hate each other because our parents hated each other now as if by magic we hate each other. Other than the fact the only interesting thing is the sheer annoyance of my enemy, I put the bore in boring.

We have to stop making this a regular I nudged Margo as we sat in McDonalds while the boys were in the gents you need to sort your rivalry with Kaz it’s childish and stupid I started laughing, like ugly animal laugh me and Kaz are Gucci being enemies at least I’m not tryna DATE A WALKING STD I over dramatically spoke as the boys walked out, Dana had a saddened look on his face and Kaz had an angry kinda annoyed look on his face you guys alright? I asked as Kaz nodded and Dana smiled whatever let’s just get outta here Kaz said as I laughed well you do that but imma order then eat right here because I didn’t just waste my time finding us a table in a big ass packet ass McDonald’s for me to just order to take out…but you do you boo boo I said as I shooed him off fine I will I nodded good and take your little dog with you I said as went to collect my food.

Do you have to be so mean I shovelled chips into my mouth I’m mean I think that’s as kind to him as I can get I said with a whole load of chips in my mouth since you arrived here my life’s sucked Margo said as I swallowed and laughed a lil Well sorry my English intelligence is spoiling your stupidity she pushed her tray away from her and instead drank her Cola Cool thanks Nov, imma be off now maybe see you around wouldn’t want my American stupidity to affect you English intelligence I now heavily rolled my eyes so far back I think I could see my skull oh don’t get butt hurt Margo, grow up I say stuff like this to you all the time it’s called Honesty, I want you to be happy, and Dana just isn’t the one, he’ll break your heart and you know that because I literally tell you all the time he’s a walking STD I explained as she pulled her tray closer to her you have serious trust issues, not everyone is as they seem she leant on her hand and put a chip in her mouth I bet you, just wait and see Margo smiled sarcastically as we finished off our meal and went our separate ways.

Next morning.

Morning neighbour I ignored the voice and walked to my car I said morning— this guy was leaning on my flipping car smiling at me like I liked Friday mornings I swear to God if you don’t get out my way… I took a slow breather …my hand with come into connect with your lower regional and then you’ll watch it disappear I watched as he slowly moved away and stood beside my car "baby girl why so grumpy?’’ Without saying a word I got in my car and left.

All I could feel was a kick repeatedly on the back of my chair and there can be a load of reasons for someone to kick my chair, but right at this precise moment when I am trying to concentrate on revision there is no flipping reason to IF YOU DONT STOP KICKING MY CHAIR…. I got cut off by Kaz’s finger flying to my lips and him telling me to shush, I looked down then proceeded to bite his finger Ah Bit— he was cut off by the teacher coughing looking at both of us and giving us both a detention slip asswipe I whispered as the teacher walked off I wanna see Kaz and Nova after class please Can my day get any better.

Nova your failing badly and Kaz here is the Class whiz so I want him to teach you all his tricks of the tragic so you can pass and not worry about not graduating I cried and whined and begged for a different partner oh and also English Essay on your partner so enjoy he handed me the assignment brief and I mentally shot myself as Kaz smiled This is gonna be fun.

My phone buzzed waking me up from my amazing sleep that I didn’t want to wake up from because then I’d have to actually achieve something in life, I rolled over a grabbed my phone, blinded by the light I squinted at
