Introduction
Dear Reader,
You’re holding a transformational book in your hands. I created it to inspire you to be your best self. This practice journal will guide you through thirty days of self-discovery, self-care, productivity, and self-awareness.
The first part of this journal is for your own creativity and observation. The second part is for your inspiration and education. You can refer to it as you go while journaling your experiences for thirty days.
Every day contains two phases: morning and evening pages. I highly recommend working on both of them. The morning pages will help you get ready for the day in a mindful and optimal way. Set your own mood and go live with it! The evening pages are for relaxing, feeling gratitude, and letting go of things you don’t need to keep from the day.

I hope you enjoy your thirty-day self-care journey and learn more about yourself on it! You deserve love and care—so give them to yourself.
Let the self-discovery begin!

image2.jpgCreate a morning routine to set yourself up for a successful day. Look for ideas in section 2 of this book.
image3.jpgUsing affirmations in the morning can help you set your mood for a great day. You will find powerful affirmations in the Affirmations
section of this book.
No matter how busy your life is, incorporating something you like doing in your days makes you happier and mentally stronger.
image5.jpgWe all have bad habits that don’t do us much good. The best way to get rid of them is to eliminate them one by one and day by day. Define what you want to stop doing today by saying no to it.
