crying over some whatever,
or a man who
lost his temper,
saying cruel things
to hurt, or worse -
to see myself
as something less …

Brigitte Narcise is a former professional MMA fighter, and current coach, holistic health and nutrition counselor and co-owner at K Dojo Warrior Tribe MMA, and avid spiritualist who firmly believes in the importance of developing and honoring mind-body-spirit coherence, the interconnectedness of all things, and the ability of every person to awaken. She resides in Rockaway Township, New Jersey with her husband, son, and two snuggly pitbulls.
