About this ebook

Twenty-first century education has really gone far. Many innovations and developments have taken the lead in primary and secondary education all around the world. Many schools today come up with better service delivery and new ways of handling children, especially in the elementary school stage. However, despite these new trends in education, many schools are still failing in their delivery. For some, it is their teaching methods; while for others, it is the lack of customer service approach, which is yet another neglect in paying attention to details in child psychology, student services, or financial drawback.

It is in the mist of these myths that educational matters for school administrators and operators were born to bring solutions to these problems and give relevant steps, which will help make a better primary and secondary education if followed.

Do you have a passion for children?

Do you have a passion for holistic education for children?

The number one priority of every parent is to send their children to school to acquire knowledge from infancy to adulthood.

The school fees for these children take a huge portion of what parents are working for depending on the number of children they have. This is because education is the backbone of any society.

How do you set up a school?

Different factors must be considered when setting up a school. Factors like dealing with money issues, when there is a financial constraint. Managing your staff well in terms of salary, their behaviors and attitude to work and staff resignation unexpectedly on the job.

2.) You need to decide on what curriculum you want to run, and then approach the relevant educational authorities for certification; as well as the Corporate Affairs Commission for the registration of your school. Search for experienced people like teachers, school owners, people already in the business, seek their opinions on the way to go about school matters.

3.) You need to create the business entity of your school i.e. determine if your school will be for business purposes or non-profit (or both). Also, create a 5 to 10 years business plan of your school, including operational and educational plans (such as educational focus, curriculum implementation, and assessment). You need to
