    Purpose: Illustration in general to all students of any age, and thus be able to change for a future thoughts for generations, for the prosperity and benefit of the human being.

    The great majority of human beings, their mind is conditioned and stagnant by periods influenced from emerge to succumb this allows an obstruction of a mental evolution for a progress and benefit of humanity; we can say that it is a very harmful habit since all are not analytical beings to be able to get out of that kind of worldly influences and those that are, will be very few. The renewal of the mind is very necessary for the progress of the world, reason that the vast majority when it comes to new ideas or changes out of the ordinary, we reject out of fear or habit what we do not know. Transformation through the evolution of understanding, humanity will progress admirably, which is what we deserve. Politicians and others have accustomed us to live poorly, both economically and socially, this accompanied by the vast majority who think we are at the peak of good living where the human being believes that it is the best; and the reason is because we do not know something superior, but for that, God gave us the intelligence to always project us to progress, not only for us but for our future descendants and leave a superior world for all.

    I have the honor to address you, first to explain the content of this idea and its objectives, with the intention of achieving a better future for our societies.

    This is a better way to govern or lead our most democratic and efficient nations and, avoiding dictatorships or bad governments.

    For a more concrete explanation on the subject, I wrote a book called Awakening the World, edited with the purpose of exposing the idea in a more explicit and concrete way. The book is written in English and Spanish, and for the future in other languages.

    The new system is designed for any country that wishes to sponsor it, but I believe that most of the beneficiaries are all countries in general, improving economically, putting up or optimizing countries with great economic and absorbing powers.

Repetition of ideas or actions lived by our ancestors and, acquired in the course of our lives as an unconscious or conscious addiction, in which we acquire from the cradle, which makes it very difficult for most to leave it, this becomes the mentality of the human being, influenced by these customs throughout our life; this harms the evolution and progress of societies because, the future problems that are presented according to the times, in order to be solved, are rejected, precisely because of the conception of majorities, which do not accept ideas outside the context to which a great generality are not used.

    There are many people with wrong thoughts, involving those who qualify as intellectuals because they are firm with the statutes, without incumbent on them the wrong decisions take the wrong way, exercising nothing less as robots, with little intellectual capacity.

    Intelligence is a very appreciable potential. It is a commitment to place in action and above all to be analytical to avoid falling into anomalies. In this way we can evaluate the composure of our capabilities and make them prosper. Operate symbolizes accepting that one makes mistakes, orienting intelligence towards management represents choosing to obtain a match for each attempt and each lack to magnify subsequent reflections and adequate judgment.

    This is the reason why we turn to you for help or suggestions on this argument, strengthening this purpose and fragmenting with selfish interests and behaviors of harmful, homogeneous and ambitious beings that only affects and harms our societies.

    A goal for the benefit of our societies in order to more effectively resolve current difficulties, which take advantage of all nations and are not fair, positive and beneficial for humanity.

    MENTALITY FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS:

    When we speculate on all those cerebral preponderances that are provided by the human being and of no other gender, it is very feasible to speculate in the expression, the content of assimilating all kinds of events or contingency.

    The ability to have awareness of the discrepancies that preexist between the point of view of one’s own and that of the rest.

    In other words, this power makes it possible for us to take into account the mental stages of other people without assuming that these opinions or reflections are like those of our own. A subject that has advanced on the mind the Imagination can raise ideas, hopes and mental opinions, all this in a mechanical, almost subconscious. And reports to the rest of dependents with whom it interacts. A scale of states

    Knowledge is a particular mode of movement from birth to death. The process of the human being must be provided in all personal potentialities: scientific, affectionate, honest, artistic, social; in all content, of lineage, labor, and entertainment; and to the extent of all the periods of the valuable cycle. Such perception of formation debates to progress or extend the professional alignment, as to compensate the hope of being up to date, of beauty, of personal gain and self-realization.

    The ability to have awareness of the divergences that coexist between the way of seeing oneself and that of others.

    Said differently, this power makes it possible for us to take into account the mental stages of third parties without conjecturing that these opinions or reflections are like those of our own.

    MIND-MEMORY-INTELLIGENCE

    What exists first: the mind, memory or intelligence? We get, to indicate that the mind, is a spiritual power that is not known where it dwells physically inside the human being (it can be assumed as a metaphysical façade); but what is true is that through the physical progress of the human being, is getting knowledge of the environment through the sensory members which make up the relationship of the brain with the external universe (philosophical empiricist orientation), as well customs are forged and built. Through them we perceive and interact with our environment where we get experiences that are transformed into information, so that the proper definition of the subject is of transcendental value which to the extent of its existence such customs come to be established in intimate components that they establish the distinctive character of a person who identifies him by his way of thinking, commotion and performance in the face of unequal situations of everyday existence.

    The influences that absorb Mind and Thought

    Our mind is our main collaborator if we nourish it only with positive currents, but it becomes our infamous enemy if we allow it to speculate unbreakable or unsuccessful negative currents. The mind is something intangible, but even so, its effects can be distinguished in our face, our sentences or in our behavior. Our messages and efforts are the archetype of our thoughts.

    There are two members who control our way of thinking:

    All influences externally in our daily existence, depending on the benefit or care we give them, intervene in our mind. With extended work, influences externally and my reactions to them can be transformed.

    Opinions of our subconscious; these opinions could be positive or negative. The latter often involve deep customs caused by past events. The attribution of dynamic or past customs, deeply rooted in the cognition of being, are more difficult to discover and, therefore, more difficult to examine and control and from this site I want to point out that the vast majority is impregnated with these custom; that usually does not allow us to progress or accept progressive ideas because they are impregnated with customs that are often found in the unconscious.

    But whether it is the conscious or unconscious influence of the outside or the inside or of both, the answer is the same. Somewhere in my interior I have to have the ability or the domain to infiltrate or examine the models or prototypes of established reflections, so that my phrases and works achieve objective and beneficial for me and for others.

    FIRST STAGE

    This book is written in 3 stages: The first stage presents the current system of governance, with simplified examples of rulers of political history and other observations related to current societies. In the second stage, we will introduce discrimination chapter IV and the in the third stage chapter IX new system of government, trying to explain as implicit as possible, including some schemas of the system infrastructure.

    INTRODUCTION

    Talking about world politics or ways of governing is an unsettling event, since everything that is described to the current political organization is surrounded by very shady economic benefits, many are safeguarded by cover and sword and others cannot stand it, Therefore all insults are attributed to him. It is very thorny to walk against the politicians, worse if they have obligations of category and acquire excessive fees, there is no more measure to accept

    In order to be the most viable target, according to the usual opinion the worst thing that exists is politics. Nowadays several subjects, if they are forced to give their opinion, would think the same thing, at least mainly with the impression that the land could be a better place if it were administered by a single world entity and with more effective decrees and without corruption.

    However, as with many doctrines possessing altruistic incitement, very few subjects, no matter how compassionate their aims may be, would even agree on what a court might achieve on a sensible platform, numerously more about how could make an intention of this nature. If such a political entity pre-existed, how would it behave? Certain subjects regard the world government as a derivation of the United Nations. The present structure maintains that it could disperse to confine all countries and regions of the earth, and the provisions of the United Nations, instead of being necessary, would be forced.

    On the other hand, some economists assert that nothing else free trade would be the catalyst for such a purpose. If all the economies of the earth were mysteriously attached to each other, it would have much less incentive for one nation to enunciate the war to another. The ultimatum of nuclear destruction, they point out, is the only reason we do not have belligerence today.

    Political influences. In these fragments we will perceive how the directions of great reigns and countries were always managed for convenience, interests, affinity, etc.

    Europe the term Ancient Greece refers to the period of Greek history spanning from the Dark Ages of Greece, beginning in 1200 BC. C. and the Doric invasion, until the year 146 a.     THE CULTURE OF GREECE

    IN ROME:

It manifests itself of a very current communism that has lived in a conclusive period, in precise nations, incarnated by fanatical leaders like: Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Hochi Minh, Castro, etc. Whatever the degree of importance of communist doctrine prior to 1917, in the practice of present-day communism-an argument on which we will revert-was the one that set in motion a consistent containment, until attaining to instituting, in moments of attack, panic as a representation of government. Is ideology harmful, however?

    Certain anguished or scholastic spirits will continually manage to protect that real communism had nothing to do with excellent communism. It would certainly be illogical to blame hypotheses outlined before Jesus Christ, during the Renaissance or even in the nineteenth century, events that occurred during the twentieth century. Nevertheless, as Ignacio Silote wrote: Truly rebellions like the trees are recorded by their works. Highlighting the particular crimes, precise homicides, eventual, the communist systems, in order to settle in the command, instituted the crime in multitude in an indisputable regime of government.

    It is undeniable that after a period of unstable period from certain years in Eastern Europe to many terms in the USSR or in China - panic dissipated its effectiveness and policies were entrenched in a mission of daily scolding through the criticism of all the information flows of surveillance of the limits and the separation of the discomfort. But the presence of panic extended by affirming the naivety, and therefore the validity, of the dominant coercion.

    None of the communist practices that at one time were notorious in the West escaped that status, neither the China of the Great leading, nor the Korea of Kim II Sung, not even the Vietnam of the attractive Uncle Ho or the Cuba of the failed Castro. Likewise, the insults of communism have not been subjected to a justified and normal appreciation both from the point of view, reliable and from the honest point of view.

    It is shameful that there are minds that continue thinking about communism, when the examples showed us the worldwide failure of this archaic ideology, that seeing ideologies only serve to hurt a country, and not to progress; I do not say it. History is shown by those who are ignorant and follow the same theme, it is time to think about their country and not on personal interests.

    The October Revolution, also known as Bolshevik Revolution and Great October Socialist Revolution according to both the official historiography of the former Soviet Union and according to some communist groups (particularly the anti-revisionist), was the second phase of the Russian Revolution of 1917, after the Revolution of February. The date 25 of October of 1917 corresponds to the Julian calendar in force in the Russian Empire, later abolished by the new Bolshevik Government. In the rest of the world, under the Gregorian calendar, the events began on November 7, 1917.

    RIGHT OR CAPITALISM

    If it were imperative to provide an illustration of the most viable transitory of imperialism, it should be said that imperialism is the capitalist course of capitalism. The illustration in the generic sense: the expansionist disposition of a State or a village with the aim of subjecting, clearly, other States or towns. Imperialism can be conceived as the command that the most powerful countries perform on more fragile third parties. But imperialism is usually referred to the issue of economic expansion that took place in Europe in the middle of the nineteenth century, all the same from 1870, and this was highlighted as free trade imperialism.

    During this stage, several European nations, mainly Great Britain, were amplified, first unofficially and later incorporating regions and creating settlements in Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

    This recreation was the result of the research outside Europe of goods and elements essential for the industrial revolution and was supplied until the initiation of World War I in 1914 and its traces persisted until decolonization.

    From the end of the nineteenth century imperialism was identified above all by the economic supremacy attributed by the powers over countries most in need, as political supremacy was more and more oscillated, at the beginning of the twentieth century and during the second Post- war in the underdeveloped nations were born nationalist currents that many times ended the colonization of other powers on them, in that sense it can be indicated that at present the superiority of the most powerful nations is confirmed more in the economic field than in the state. However, at the beginning of the so-called World War II, the title «imperialism» is used to describe two new powers, later hostile in the so-called Cold War; the Soviet Union and the United States.

    At the end of the last century and initiations of this (XXI) the American perspectives are imputed; the economic superiority of the United States also implies an educational superiority, led by transformations of entertainment such as cinematographic and musical production. This economic-educational superiority, combined with the propagandist and dilapidation, has been estimated by some ideological fragments as an example of educational conquest, while in the political arena, has been named as imperialist.

    CONTRAST BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT

    First World War: Triple Alliance, Triple Entente, Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, Treaty of Versailles. Second World War: The Cold War began at the end of World War II in 1945; a bipolar order led by the United States (USA) and the Soviet Union (USSR) emerged. Both sought world domination, but fear of the enemy nuclear arsenal led them to avoid open confrontation. That is why this period is called the Cold War.

    The first presence of an anti-imperialist thought is recorded in the United States by the writer Mark Twain. In 1898 twain founded the Anti-Imperialist League of the United States, based in Boston initially to combat American action in the Cuban War, remaining until 1921. Twain said I am anti-imperialist, and will never accept that the imperial eagle poses its claws in any foreign country.

    The Soviet Union was practically the cradle of communism, but it was also the tomb where it was buried, that was the disappointment of a frustrated ideology; the reason is very simple, the human usually works when it is encouraged, reason that communism fails. The right represented by capitalism is the opposite, the more you work you will have economic benefits, and overcoming a welfare is the incentive. Is it that communism that is unsuccessful, enslaving peoples, is the only solution against imperialism? Political fanaticism is the same as religious, prevents people from reasoning, while living the Latin American problem or, as two poles, without any other alternative. It is necessary to unite all Latin American nations, but not under the communist yoke but with democracy, freedom and prosperity, and to confront imperialism, communism, is no solution, on the contrary, we would become increasingly weak, and for this more vulnerable to the empire o Is it perhaps that the examples of URRS Cuba are not enough and China, the latter became capitalist? the Cambodian genocide, where 4 million people were murdered by communism, not bad; the wall of Berlin, where people died riddled for escaping communism, not bad; with Mao Tzetung, with 50 million dead, also not much; with 30 million Stalin, and misery does not seem sufficient; slavery and Cuban backwardness; nor the thousands of political prisoners, do not seem to be enough either; the thousands of families thrown to the sea to escape Castro’s slavery, or the ten thousand shot in Cuba and to top it all did not understand the question, and perhaps I am attributed a political in definition since for his poor brain, being anti-communist and anti-imperialist is synonymous of political indefiniteness, is that he never heard the word nationalist, democrat, right; but is it that imperialism does not liquidate anyone or enslave anyone?

    Is not being with one or the other a little political maturity? And does politics influence every act and process of our daily lives? Fanaticism I do not share it, if they realize the ideologies do not intervene in the development or progress of a Country; on the contrary, it only brings difficulty and disunity among human beings, what brings development and progress is the good conduct of a Nation a good Governing system. All the blind dogmatisms are harmful whether they are left or right, precisely those who profess them, deliberately try to radicalize their positions in order to capitalize on those differences.

    The big problem for these is that they do not understand that the world is not only white or black and that is why they are easy prey of cheap and grotesque demagogues like Chávez’s jester, and Tromp for example. Of course, communism is not good and has been shown to be rubbish and is not an effective system at all. After poverty, class differences, repression and dictatorship. The ideal is the freedom of the human being without fanaticism of any kind. In this vein, being anti-communist would immediately turn you into an imperialist and vice versa, because in itself, to be anti-communist or anti-imperialist of conviction and works, is to be anti-dictatorship.

    Based on this, when one is against one of the extremes (left or right) the other is canceled and only the option of the center is left, where all ideas are moderate and only one objective is sought; the good of the nation and its citizens and forget about stupid ideologies; that ideologies do not help to improve a country, on the contrary, they harm and poison the minds of the stupid and fanatics.

    SOCIALISM.

    It is the set of social reform doctrines that emerged in the nineteenth century, aimed at improving the living conditions of workers, who hold in common the belief that a society based on private property on a large scale is unjust; the conviction that it is possible to found a more equitable society that contributes to the moral and material progress of humanity. The idea that a revolutionary transformation of society is necessary (even when the proposed means differ between a violent revolution and a gradual reform).

    The term includes several doctrines and differentiated movements, such as anarchism, communism or social democracy. Although the term socialism (and socialist) appeared in Italian in the sixteenth century in relation to Rousseau’s theory of social contract, its use in the modern sense was defined from the 1820s when it was used by the followers of Roseau, Owen and later by other social reformers. If human nature is malleable, it is also the function of the State, to modify it in such a way as to deprive it of particular interests; and finally if private interests are contrary to the general interest, the State should represent the absolute ethics of society in terms of general interests, then we are before the reason of the State as an expression of absolute power. Thus the very idea of limiting political power would be antithetical to the common good. For the same reason the separation of powers loses sense and the individual rights that are the legal expression of the ethics of private interests disappear.

    The antithesis to the absolute of the state and the notion of the limitation to political power was pointed out by John Locke, when he says: Monarchs (rulers) are also men. And in that sense Humans explains that if nature were a prodigy and a generous man the same concept of justice would disappear because it would be useless. From there arise two fundamental concepts that are the limits to political power as a guarantee of individual rights and property as a fundamental principle of legal security.

    We would then have to define with respect to the previous questions on which side of the answers would be the right, the left and the center and their respective variants. Perhaps it would be that the center means accepting the negative answers and thus we would define the center as liberalism, right? The nomenclature center right and center left what does it mean? To the extent that we accept less limits to political power and consequently more interference of the State we would be moving away from the center by both the left and the right.

    According to Nolte, the author of The three things of racism, this is not understood without the appearance of communism and says: Racism is the anti-Marxism that seeks to demolish the adversary by expanding a doctrine drastically opposed and at the same time concerned, through the use of almost always technical equivalents, also within a national command and sovereignty. What is the aim of the center right? Perhaps we shake the middle to the right, symbolizes a greater obedience to their own rights and subject to greater goals to political domination. To itself equivalently from the most capitalist economic point of view.

    But more to the right or the extreme right would be a restitution of this preference and we would achieve fascism. The left center, for its part, would consider moving towards a more socialist propensity; greater mediation of the state; increased state consumption and
