Dedication
This book is dedicated to my loving wife Alma. Thank you simply does not say enough. You have tolerated and sacrificed very much over the years as I pursued a time consuming endeavor. These many years have created wonderful memories, friends, travels, and three books. I love you. You are the beacon in my life. #12
For my father Jerry Lewis Champion, Sr.; I love you Pop. You are the strongest man I ever had the honor of knowing. On June 20, 2017, you were taken from me by flights of angels following your courageous and gallant battle against cancer. You gave me great comfort when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; your entry to eternal life was secured. I am glad I was with you through your final journey on this earth. You have passed the torch and I will carry it with pride until the day I join you in Heaven. Thank you for molding me into the man I am today.
A special thanks to my Uncle Randy. Thank you for your friendship and love. I can never thank you enough for your care and thoughts while we dealt with our loss.

Satan’s Spawn
Satan cast a spell. A spell that unleashed Hell. Two nights created fright. Fright night, fright night, Manson’s in the spotlight. Little Charlie he be damned, Satan released his evil hound. The Swastika was his mark, created by Satan’s spark. Once branded, he was stranded. San Quentin, Corcoran, and Pelican Bay; for forty-six years Manson was locked away. No power, no fear, not a single demon shed a tear. The hound is home, Satan put him away. November nineteenth was reckoning day. Used as a pawn, Charlie was nothing more than Satan’s Spawn.

Entertain for a moment a gameshow host asking a series of questions quizzing the contestants to name a famous prison and a notorious criminal. Alcatraz and Charles Manson would definitely be among the top answers given. Ghastly are the nightmarish images in which the dreamer encounters a knife
