    Single Fact: Recognized Confirmation of Unerring Knowledge [ensured Quality Education mentioned in Section – 29 of the RTE Act – 2009 (India) and Necessary Humanistic Vision of Education mentioned in the Article – 29 of CRC] regarding Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science [A World Fit for Children adopted on UN General Assembly – 2002] in consistent with Uniform Guidelines such as Newton’s Third Law – Equal & Opposite and in correspondence to Reality such as Einstein’s Binary Pulsar [2.5.3 – Forms of Understanding, Page – 27 of NCF – 2005, India]

    Justifiable Appeal: Justice with our searched out Inborn Rights [Inalienable Natural Rights] established as Fundamental Rights under Articles – 21 and 21A of the Sovereign Constitution of India [including UN Universal Declaration of Inalienable Human Rights] and corresponding RTE Act – 2009 [including International Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)]

    Inborn rights of a man are those rights which he possesses since birth. In the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the foundation of human rights, the text and negotiating history of the "right to life" explicitly premises human rights on birth. Locke wrote that all individuals are equal in the sense that they are born with certain inalienable natural rights. That is, rights that are given by the Unique Creator of this Manifested Nature and can never be taken or even given away.

    RTE [Right to Education] is an Inalienable Natural Right. RTE has been a part of the directive principles of the State Policy under Article 45 of the Constitution of India, which is part of Chapter – IV of the Constitution. And rights in Chapter – IV are not enforceable. For the first time in the history of India we have made this right enforceable by putting it in Chapter – III of the Constitution as Article 21. This entitles us to have the RTE enforced as a Fundamental Right.

    A constitution is an aggregate of basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determines the powers and duties of the government and guarantees certain rights to the people in it. It ensures that those who make decisions on behalf of the public fairly represent public opinion. It also sets out the ways in which those who exercise power may be held accountable to the people they serve.

    There is no such constitution [established justifiable legitimacy] which is inspiring/compelling us for communicating Identified Nexus of Self-contradictory & Paradoxical Knowledge regarding Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science [Set – A – Global Science of 90 Basic Scientific Issues] spoiling Sanctity of Education & Significance of Scientific Certainty and consciously & universally violating our Inborn Rights [Inalienable Natural Rights] established as Fundamental Rights under Articles – 21 and 21A of the Sovereign Constitution of India [including UN Universal Declaration of Inalienable Human Rights] and corresponding RTE Act – 2009 [including International Convention on the Rights of the Child].

    There is no such constitution [established justifiable legitimacy] which is prohibiting us from communicating the searched out Unerring Knowledge regarding Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science [Set – B – Apriori Science of 90 Basic Scientific Issues] at school [educational institution] as Universal & Necessary Knowledge [Sarva Shiksha].

    Constitution-in-Itself has provided us Solidarity Rights to communicate Set – B – Apriori Science of 90 Basic Scientific Issues as Unerring Knowledge [Ensured Quality Education mentioned in Section – 29 of the RTE Act – 2009 and Necessary Humanistic Vision of Education mentioned in the Article – 29 of CRC] regarding Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science [A World Fit for Children adopted on UN General Assembly – 2002].

    Newton’s Third Law: Equal & Opposite [Creation in Pairs]

    He said: Get you down hence, both of you, one of you a foe to the other [equal & opposite revelation]. [Sura (19) – Taa-Haa –Verses – 115 to 127]

    [It was] said: Get down with enmity between yourselves [equal & opposite revelation][Sura (6) - Alal-A-Raaf – Verses – 23 to 25]

    We said: Fall down, one of you a foe to the other [equal & opposite revelation]! [Sura (1) – An-tazbahuu Baqarah – Verses – 35 to 39]

    Fiihimaa min-kullifaaki-hatin-zawjaan Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs (equal & opposite revelation). Fabi-ayyi aalaaa – i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan? Which is it of the favour of your Rab that you deny? [Sura (54) – Ar-Rahman – Verses - 52 and 53]

    Sirius Binary System [Samawaati wal-Arz]

    Qul mar-Rabbus-samaawaati wal-arz? – Say: Who is the Rab of the Sirius Binary System [Binary Star System]? [Sura (12) – Yu-Sabbihur-Ra’d – Verses – 16 and 17]

    It is He who created Sirius Binary System in truth in that day when He said: Be! It is [Kun – Fa-yakuun / Three Minutes after BIG BANG]. [Sura (5) - Haazi-hil-an-Aam – Verses - 71 to 73]

    To Him is due the primal origin of the West Horizon [Strong Field or Samawaat] and the East Horizon [Gravitational Field or Arz]. [Sura (1) – An-tazbahuu Baqarah – Verses – 116 and 117]

    All that is in the West Horizon and in the East Horizon glorifies Allah. To Him belong Sovereignty, and to Him belong praise, and He has power over all things. It is He Who has created you. Huwallazii khalaqakum fa-minkum Kaafirumw-wa minkum Mu-min - But one of you is a disbeliever [of Natural Science], and one of you is a believer [of Natural Science]. And Allah is Seer of what you do. [Sura (63) – Yawmut-tagaabun – Verses - 1 and 2]

    Mercurial System [Nuurun Alaa Nuur]

    Allah is the Light of the West Horizon and the East Horizon. The similitude of His Light is as a Niche in a lamp. The lamp is in a glass The glass is as it is a shining star. (This Niche is) kindled from a blessed tree, an olive (Zaytuun), neither from the East nor from the West, whose (Niche’s) oil will almost glow forth (of itself) though no fire touches it. Light upon Light [Nuurun Alaa Nuur]! Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah speaks to mankind in parables, for Allah is Knower of all things. [Sura (23) – Nuurun alaa Nuur – Verse – 35]

    O you who believe! Be mindful of your duty to Allah, and believe in His messenger. He will give you Two-fold of His Mercy and will appoint for you a Light wherein you will walk and He will forgive you; for Allah is Forgiving -Merciful. That the Epistemic Persons may know that they have no control whatever over the bounty of Allah. But that the bounty is in His Hand to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. And Allah is of Infinite Bounty. [Sura (56) – Anzalnal-Hadiid – Verses – 28 and 29]

    Binary Pulsar: Natural Magnetism & Solar System

    (Remember) when the wife of Imraan said: O Allah! I do dedicate to You what is in my womb for Your special service, accept this from me, for You hears and knows all things. And when she was delivered, she said: My Rab! Lo! I am delivered of a female. Allah knew best what she brought forth. The male is not as the female; and Lo! I have named her Maryam, and Lo! I desire Your protection for her and her off springs from Shaytan the outcast. And her Rab accepted her (Maryam) with full acceptance. Allah made her grow in purity and beauty and appointed Zakariya her guardian. Whenever Zakariya enters into the sanctuary where she (Maryam) is, he finds her supplied with sustenance. He asks: O Maryam! Whence [comes] this to you? She answered: It is from Allah, for Allah provides sustenance to whom He pleases without measure. [Sura (2) – Alal-Imraan – Verses – 35 to 37]

    Solar System [Barrier between Equal and Opposite]

    Marajal-bah-rayni yal-taqiyaan He has loosed the two seas meeting together. Baynahumaa Barazakhul-laa yabgi-yaan There is a barrier [Solar System] between them. They encroach not (one upon the other). Fabi-ayyi aalaaa – i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan? Which is it of the favour of your Rab that you deny? [Sura (54) – Ar-Rahman – Verses - 19 to 21]

    Bethink you of him who had an argument with Ibrahim about his Rab, because Allah had granted him the kingdom. How! When Ibrahim said: My Rab is He Who gives life and death. He (Namruud) answered: I give life and cause death. Said Ibrahim: Allah causes bish-shamsi [Solar System] to rise from the East [Mashriq]; so do you cause him to rise from the West [Magrib]? Thus was the disbeliever [of Natural Science] confused and Allah does not guide the wrong doing folk (yahdil-qawmaz-zaalimin). [Sura (1) – An-tazbahuu Baqarah – Verse – 258]

    Natural Magnetism

    Wa tarash-shamsa izaa tala-at-lazaawaru an-kahfihim zaatal-yamini wa izaa gara-at-taqri-zuhum zaatash-shimaali wa hum fi fajwatim-minh. Zaalikka min aayaatillaah; many-yahdillaaahu fahuwal-muhtad; wa many-yuzlil falan-tajida lahuu waliyyam-murshidaa – And might have seen tarash-shamsa [so-called sun], when it enters, declining to the right from their Cave, and when it ends, turning away from them to the left, while they lay in the open space in the midst of the Cave. Such are among the Signs of Allah [Zaalikka min aayaatillaah] -------------------. [Sura (17) – As-haabal-Kahf – Verses – 17 and 18]

    Uranian System [Visual Binaries]

    They ask you concerning New Moons. Say: They are nothing except Signs to mark fixed periods of time in [the affairs of] men, and for Pilgrimage. [Sura (1) – An-tazbahuu Baqarah – Verse – 189]

    The Hour is near and the moon was rent in twain. And if they [disbelievers of Natural Science] see a Mark, they turn away, and say: This is [but] transient magic. And they disbelieve [Visual Binaries or Two Moons] and follow their [own] lusts [Neil Arm Strong’s visited sole Moon / NASA’s Moon]. But every matter has its appointed time. [Verses – 1 to 3 of Sura - Wanshaqqal-Qamar]

    Say [to the people of this equal & opposite manifested nature]: If the whole of mankind and jinns were to gather together to produce the like of this Quran [Thing-in-Itself or Science-in-Itself or Equal & Opposite Manifested Nature or Reality mentioned in NCF – 2005 (India)], they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support [establishing Global Standards for Human Rights (UN Universal Declaration of Global Veil of Ignorance) and communicating One Global Text & Conspiracy Curriculum of IBE – UNESCO (Self-contradictory Framework & Paradoxical Curriculum of Natural Science prepared by the Concerned Competent Authorities)]. And We have explained to man, in this Quran every kind of similitude; yet the greater part of men refuse [to receive it] except with ingratitude! [Sura (16) – Banii-Israa-iil – Verses – 88 and 89]

    Systems have passed away before you [Apriori Sciences]. Travel through the land, and observe the nature of the consequence of those who did disbelieve [in Apriori Science]. This is a declaration for mankind, guidance and instruction to those who ward off [Anti-natural Framework & Conspiracy Curriculum of Natural Science]. So lose not heart, nor fall into despair; for you will overcome them [Anti-natural Scientists and Anti-human Activists], if you are true believers [of Manifest Truth]. If a wound has touched you, be sure a similar wound has touched the others [equal & opposite]. These are the vicissitudes which We cause to follow one another for mankind. To the end that Allah may know those who believe [in Unerring Knowledge regarding Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science] and may choose witnesses from among you and Allah does not love wrong-doers [Wallaahu laa yuhibbuz-zaalimiin]. And that Allah may prove those who believe [in Manifest Truth], and may blight the disbelievers [of Manifest Truth]. Or deemed you that you would enter Paradise (Jannat) while yet Allah does not know those of you who really strive, nor knows those who are steadfast [Saabiriin]. You did indeed wish for death before you met it. Now you have perceived it [Unerring Knowledge regarding Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science] with your own eyes. [Sura (2) – Alal-Imraan – Verses – 137 to 143]

    All that is in the West Horizon [Strong Field or Samawaat or White Square or White Dwarf Companion Sirius B] and in the East Horizon [Gravitational Field or Arz or Black Square or Sirius A] glorifies Allah. To Him belong Sovereignty, and to Him belong praise, and He has power over all things. It is He Who has created you. "Huwallazii khalaqakum fa-minkum Kaafirumw-wa minkum Mu-min" - But one of you is a disbeliever [of Natural Science], and one of you is a believer [of Natural]. [Sura (63) – Yawmut-tagaabun – Verses - 1 to 2]

    O you who believe [in Natural Science]! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves [your acquired & possessed anti-natural epistemology], or your parents, or your kin, and whether it (the case be of) a rich man or a poor man, for Allah is nearer to both (than you are). So follow not the lusts [of your hearts], lest you swerve, and if you distort [Natural Science] or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well-informed of all that you do. [Sura (3) – Aatun-Nisaaa-a – Verse – 135]

    Laa yukalli-ful laahu nafsan illa wus-ahaa. Lahaa maa kasabat w-alay-haa mak-tasabat. Rabbanaa laa tu-aa-khiznaaa in-nasiinaaa aw akhta-naa. Rabbanaa wa laa tahmil alay-naaa is-ran-kamaa hamal tahuu alal-laziina min-qab-linaa. Rabbanaa wa laa tuhammil-naa maa laa taaqata lanaa bih. Wa fu-annaa, wag-fir lanaa, war-ham-naa. Anta Mawlaanaa fan-surnaa alal-qaw-mil-Kaafi-riin - On no soul Allah places a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. [Pray:] Our Rab! Condemn us not if we forget or miss the mark! Our Rab! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us. Our Rab! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Protector. Grant us victory over the disbelieving folk [disbelievers of Equal & Opposite Apriori Framework of Natural Science and Un-contradicted Facts of this Manifested Nature]. [Sura (1) – An-tazbahuu Baqarah – Verse – 286]

    90 Basic Scientific Issues

    Single Fact: Framework & Curriculum of Natural Science

    Say [to mankind]: What thing is most weighty in evidence? Say: Allah is witness between me and you. This Quran [Revelation] has been made known to me by inspiration that I may warn you and all whom it reaches. Can you possibly bear witness that besides Allah [as the Unique Creator of Set – B – Apriori Science (Neutral Science)] there is another Allah [as the Creator of Set – A – Global Science (Universally Accepted Anti-natural Science or Science of a Particular Community called Global Scientific Community)]? Say: By no means! I cannot bear such witness! Say: But in truth He is Waahid, and I am truly innocent of that which you join with Him. [Sura (5) - Haazi-hil-an-Aam – Verse – 19]

    As a citizen of India, it is my Fundamental Duty & Moral Responsibility to develop Scientific Temperament with a view to recognize & confirm Clear & Distinct Manifest Truth such as Magnetic Field in accordance with Uniform Guidelines such as Newton’s Laws and in correspondence to Reality such as Einstein’s Binary Pulsar i.e. as per our National Curriculum Framework (NCF) for the sake of the Greatest Happiness of the Greatest Number of People [Utilitarian Liberation] and Public Interest [Common End]. In this regard, our Sovereign Constitution of India has been inspiring us as follows –

    To develop ‘Scientific Temperament, Humanism and the Spirit of Inquiry & Reform and To strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement - [Ref. Article 51A (h) and (j) of the Constitution of India]

    Reality [Equal & Opposite Manifested Nature]: 2.5.3 – Forms of Understanding of our NCF – 2005 has been inspiring us to recognize & confirm Un-contradicted Facts of this Manifested Nature such as Magnetic Field in correspondence to Reality [Equal & Opposite Manifested Nature and Observation of Particular Instances under Natural Circumstances].

    "The Sciences, like the systems of mathematics, have their own concepts, often interconnected through theories, and are attempts to describe and explain the natural world. Concepts include atom, magnetic field, cell, and neuron.
