This story is about four leaders in four different quadrants creating an organization called Formaxion. They found several kid heroes from around the world with special abilities to train, to fight for the greater good.

One kid in particular was found to be the future of the organization, and that kid was betrayed by his fellow ninja who bestowed the forbidden shadow wolf inside of him. The ninja that betrayed the organization has started his own origin of evil; and now that the once stored-away power of the shadow wolf lives inside the kid, he now has a target on his head by a series of villains.

The heroes of this story must go through their own trials and tribulations as well, with each character having his or her own personal story within the story. It's an all-around genre but focuses on action in general.

My name is Brent Lightfoot, and I am the author of my book entitled, Formaxion. I was born in Donaldsonville Louisiana, a very small town where it’s hard to find anything to start you off. I decided to start writing when I was at the age of 19. When I created the characters for my book, with the inspiration of my older brother, I knew right then an there that these characters deserved a story behind them. I am looking to start something different from any other heroic book you have read, an bring more entertainment from each characters point of view.

Chapter 1

FORMAXION

Okay, the data has been transferred to the flash drive. Coldfront said as his team, which included Rayden, Nova, Lee Chan, Billy Chan, and Amy were behind him scattered around the room. Good, mission complete, head back to the headquarters. Zodiac said through the earpiece in everyone’s ear.

Around 30 minutes later, they had all returned to the headquarters, also their home, school and etc. It then showed Coldfront in Zodiac’s office. Great job, you went in without being detected, and you retrieved this important info, and I will like to add that you’ve all shown tremendous teamwork, excellent job. Zodiac added as Coldfront stood there. Thank you Sensei. Coldfront added.

Now, in about a month, the Formaxion will be holding a tournament between every quadrant. The western quadrant, which is led by me, the Eastern quadrant, which is ran by my brother Spain, The formaxion south quadrant, which is led by Shiniko, and finally, the Northern quadrant, who is led by Zenith. This is not just for bragging rights, but also a 10,000 X cash reward and a trophy for the winner. Zodiac added as Coldfront Then said to himself, I’m looking forward to meeting the other warriors and see how powerful they’re. as Zodiac added you, myself, and Nova, will meet up at the Watch-Wing to visit the councilman as well as the other representatives for the upcoming tournament. Zodiac added.

Later on, it showed all the kids in the lounge area. Coldfront and the others were sitting at the circular table, an billy Chan was the only one on his portable video game. So this tournament, do you know who all will take place in it? Lee Chan asked Coldfront. No, I just know there are more quadrants that we didn’t know about. Zodiac said that there are three other quadrants in different locations, There’s us, followed by the East, led by Spain. Then there’s the south, led by Shiniko, and followed by the northern quadrant led by Zenith. Coldfront explained. Then what’s the move Coldfront? Rayden asked. Well, me and nova both have to attend a meeting with the councilman at the watch- wing with Zodiac, an From there, we will meet the others and me and nova will check out their Chi levels and tell you’ll what we know, but until then, we train. Coldfront added. Well me and billy have to head home, we will train there with father. Lee added as Amy intervened I’ll come with! when Nova added No Amy, I need you as a sparring partner. as Rayden looked on.

Minutes later, Zodiac was in his office speaking with two of the guardian ninjas, I have an important errand to run and I need you to keep an eye on these kids while I’m out. Zodiac said as the ninjas looked on. Lee chan and Billy are returning to their home, and the others are probably training now since Coldfront told them about the tournament, also, Rayden and Coldfront can get a bit too caught up in training that they incline to go all out and forget that they’re just training, meaning, please make sure they don’t kill one another. It’s gonna be at least 24 hours until I return. he appended as one of the ninja’s replied, not to worry Zodiac, we will do our best. very well. zodiac replied before teleporting out.

Minutes after, it shows Coldfront and Rayden both panting. In order to win this tournament, I have to get stronger. Coldfront said to himself. He was wearing his Formaxion training gear as well as Rayden who was looking determined. He’s strong but, I can keep up with him. Rayden said to himself. Rayden! Coldfront called out as Rayden looked at him. In order for us to get stronger, we should go all out. Coldfront suggested as Rayden responded right! as they both got into their fighting stances. As Coldfront and Rayden both dashed at each other. They then punched one another’s fist, That sent a wave in the air knocking them both backwards. Hmph. Rayden said with a smirk as Coldfront started throwing ice balls at Rayden, who started running and dodging them. Coldfront then teleported through the ground, then coming out uppercutting Rayden, who then executes a double backflip and landing on his feet. Rayden then charged at Coldfront then hitting a front-flip an kicked Coldfront in the stomach as it showed one of the guardians looking on. they’re unbelievable, I cant wait until the tournament. he said as it goes back to their sparring session. Coldfront was then knocked to the trees as Rayden jumped mid air and started throwing shurikens at Coldfront, who quickly brought up ice barriers as a shield. Rayden then started punching the ice barriers, then immediately getting around it as Coldfront made an ice clone as he went into the shadows as the ice clone took his place in combat. The clone started throwing ice balls at Rayden who went back into defense. Coldfront then generated ice that made the area extremely cold and as he was going for the killing blow, the guardian ninja teleported in the middle of the two and ending the match. Wha….. Coldfront said to himself as Rayden looked a bit shocked. That’s enough training for today. the ninja said. But we’re just getting started. Rayden added. I said that’s enough! the ninja added as the wind commenced to pick up a bit and Coldfront as well as Rayden went their distance. These children are indeed above rookie level, and their chi energies are through the roof, especially this kid, and he doesn’t even know it. the guardian ninja said while looking at Coldfront who then said with a smile I’m starved, let’s eat.

It then goes to Nova and Amy who were also sparring.

Amy did one of her kinetic punches, in which she was standing in a distance with her fist consumed by her magic and she took a punch at Nova, who was a few feet away sending her to the ground. Nova then got up an charged at Amy as the two of them went hand to hand in combat then going their distance panting, a hour of preparation and they’re still at it. the female guardian ninja said to herself. That’s enough for this evening ladies. the guardian, said as they both turned towards the guardian. These children. the guardian added as it goes to Lee Chans place.

It was approximately 5:30 p.m and lee, an billy was training with their father yuzaro chan, as their mother mei-lin chan was making dinner and watching over her new born baby zen lui chan who was fast asleep. Their mother then came out and said, okay guys, that’s enough training for today, dinner is ready. she stated with a smile as they all stopped. Wow, you guys are getting stronger! yuzaro said with excitement as lee and billy smiled as well. when someone came from out of the shadows. you’re right mei-lin, dinner is served. the blue creature said as the chapter ends with the Chan’s staring at the creature.

Chapter 2

THE BEAST KNOWN AS NIGHTMARE

What do you want? Yuzaro asked. That’s no way to greet an old friend yuzaro. the creature said with a sinister smirk on his face. Who are you, an how do you know my name? Yuzaro asked as lee and billy looked on with anger. These kids were not afraid of the beast that stood before them, you really don’t remember me?… let me remind you the creature said as he commenced to explain as it goes into a flashback.

What is your name kid? Yuzaro asked. I…..I am brude lecher sir he answered, as the ninja looked on at Yuzaro. Glad you can join the fight. Yuzaro added. as it goes into another flashback, it shows Yuzaro getting the scroll then, he and brude escaping other ninjas, as brude was seen screaming for Yuzaro as the flashback ended.

Yuzaro was standing there with a scandalized expression on his face what happened to you brude? Yuzaro asked as brude laughed why did you leave your fallen comrade Yuzaro?, but if you must know, they hauled me to a desolated location and created what you all are feasting your eyes on; brude lecher is dead, I am known as Nightmare…..an you know something, you will be dead as well nightmare declared.

Back At the Northern quadrant, was the four leaders alongside Chanzu, In Zodiac’s Office.

Coldfront and my team, collected data from a software in the nightmare clans Dojo, with info on Red’s father Rajin. What about this Rajin guy? Shiniko asked as it proceeds into a flashback. It shows Red entering his house. Mom, Dad I’m home he yelled with a smile as he shouted for them once more. He then entered his parents room and saw a man standing there with some kind of mask on. dear boy……your mother is resting come……come join her Rajin said as red replied Fa…..Father! as he started walking slowly and glanced at the broken picture on the floor of him, his father, and mother. He then looked up slowly to the masked mercenary once known as his father and shouted you murderer! And red took off running towards the door, when Rajin somehow appeared in front of red. Red then fell on his bottom by being surprised and scared that his father was that quick. Rajin then walked up to red as red began to beg an plead, please……don’t Kill Me!!!! Red yelled as he got to his feet. Rajin then dashed and gutted his 4 year old son in the stomach, cutting his wind as a little blood flew from red’s mouth from the impact. I’m not gonna kill you just yet….but mark my words, the next time I see you…..you will join your pathetic mother." Rajin said as red tried to talk but could not as Rajin kicked red in the stomach sending him flying back and impacting the wall and falling in the pool of his mother’s blood, an then passing out as the flashback ends.

that’s why we’re on the hunt for him. zodiac added. I’ll alert all of our allied ninja clans and tell them to be on the look out Zenith added.

Back at the Chan’s Residence

I am going to kill you and your precious wife mei-Lin nightmare declared, as lee chan had gotten angrier. you will not touch my family! I will not let you do that Yuzaro also declared, as nightmare added well shall we dance? he asked as he just stood there. lee chan then ran up towards nightmare with the tendency to kill nightmare, lee no! Yuzaro yelled as billy did the same but was both kicked to a distance and landed hard on the ground. No!!! mei Lin yelled. Stay back! Yuzaro demanded his wife. he’s mine…. he also said as he went into his martial arts stance. you will regret harming my family! Yuzaro said. as he then ran toward nightmare then hitting a front-flip to a drop kick to nightmare’s chest, sending him stumbling. then added another kick to nightmare sending him to the ground. Nightmare then stood up an ran an kicked Yuzaro who then did a back handspring back tuck, then ran back towards him an did a 1,2 hit combo to the face following a 10 hit combo to the stomach and followed by an uppercut to the chin of nightmare. as nightmare became very angry an the mood began to shift. Yuzaro was then proceeding for a kill move when suddenly, Yuzaro came to a screeching halt and now afraid, screaming with fear, as nightmare released a fear inducing chemical to Yuzaro’s brain allowing his perception to be altered causing him to see fear. Poor Yuzaro chan….. Nightmare said as he walked up to him slowly. the red dragon’s fiercest warrior trembling at my feet; not to worry I’ll end this quickly. You did put up a fight, but your time is up nightmare added. As he then snapped Yuzaro’s neck with malice while lee chan looked on with his eyes widened. as nightmare then approached mei-Lin chan who was sobbing in tears, as the cries of her new born was echoing from the house. mei-Lin forgive me, but you do know how this ends. nightmare pointed out as she looked at lee chan who was looking at his mom in a state of shock as tears rolled down his eyes. He was still on the ground and billy was out cold as mei- Lin responded, lee…..take care of your brothers…..an….and mommy loves you. she said as her last words as she began to cry as nightmare snapped her neck as well leading up to lee screaming with pain as you can feel his pain from his roar mooooooooommmmmmmmm! lee chan screamed as nightmare walked up to him know…..fear…….. He said as he laughed and blue smoke covered his body as he vanished as lee chan collected himself an got up slowly an walked to the dead body of his father. He then dropped to the ground attempting to wake his dad while covered in tears. father……….father get up.. He whimpered to no response from his deceased father. father get up please! he whimpers once more as he saw his mother and then walked to her deceased body m…..mother… he whimpered. Mother my heart is hurting……mom get up……please mom……mom! he added as he embraced her.

Hours afterwards, lee chan was standing over the graves that he made for his family I…. a proud member of the chan family will avenge your deaths. mother…….father……he will pay! lee declared as he clenched his fist. I will continue your legacy father, I will join the red dragon clan an in due time, train my brothers an take care of them; I love you and I will not rest until nightmare pays for what he has done! lee added as it begins to drizzle.

Moments later, a wounded billy was standing in front of the plots while having his backpack around his back, as he gave his condolences to his mother and father and placing a necklace on each plot with the Chinese emblems which stood for heaven, and tranquility. Xie Xie, Mûqīn hè Fùqīn (which means thank you, mother and father in Chinese) as he wiped the tears from his eyes an walked to his older brother lee, who had his back pack on with a picture of the family and baby things inside while carrying their baby brother zen lui chan inside of a baby sling. As they took one last aspect of the place and then leh to go to Formaxion.

Later on, Coldfront was standing by the riverbank thinking to himself. Other warriors from different quadrants, I have to win this tournament Coldfront said as Zodiac appeared. Coldfront, I wouldn’t have Chosen you if I believed you were weak. he said as Coldfront looked back to see zodiac. I selected you to be the captain of the squad for one reason, and that’s to lead and become stronger than before. You’re the definition of what Formaxion is, and I alongside all of the others, believe in you zodiac added. as Coldfront replied, I’m gonna give it my all in the tournament teacher. he said, as it shows the two standing by the water.

It then shows the dojo temple of the nightmare clan….

State your name. the master of the clan said. the young boy simply stared at him. I see, the look in that kid’s eyes, is like appearing into an empty room. the master said as it showed the kid still staring. Show him to his room, the master ordered his right hand top ninja, as the ninja said follow me child. as the boy followed him.

Moments later, the two were walking in the fiery lit hallway. I don’t know you, and personally I don’t want to know you. I can sense carelessness in you, but I personally don’t view you as a ninja, you may dress like one all you want, but you’re not welcomed here. the ninja went on an said as the boy walked past a door while looking through the window attached to the door, only to see a female just as young as he was, an she was staring back at him.
