About this ebook

In this final book of the trilogy, award-winning journalist, Dr. Donna Clovis, writes from Einsteins lecture hall and takes classes in physics at Princeton University. Here, she recounts stories of Princeton, New Jersey through its current events by means of citizen interviews, diaries, and articles that demonstrate a microcosm of modern-day America.

Using theoretical physics, relativity from Einstein, and synchronicity from Jung, The Future is My Past, explores time travel to reveal a special connection with the past that projects an important memory into the present lives of its characters. This memory like a twilight sonata, sings a repetitive lullaby resonating a secret the reader must discover in the text on their journey through the last book of the trilogy.

The voiceless have a voice. A journalist’s job is to amplify it.

    — the late Steve Buttry, journalist (May 18, 2016)

I sit in Einstein’s lecture hall at Princeton University and write on a regular basis. The warmth of the sun coming through the window speckles my brown skin. I follow footsteps of ideas and thoughts that I hear in the silence of synchronicity. It is like sitting in the Rosedale House of Quantum Leaps in Princeton’s Place. My body and mind are in space at the right time. And then I walk down the path to take my courses in theoretical and quantum physics…

    This is my journey…

    About The Author

    INTRODUCTION

T his time, synchronicity began with butterflies in December of 2014. My father passed away in the beginning of the month and I searched for thank-you cards. Butterflies captured my attention on several stacks of cards, with extreme detail of embroidered black ink outlines and vivid colors of gold, red, and blue. I bought them and brought them home. I had also purchased Pam Grout’s book E=MC 2 , because of my love of research and Einstein.

I sat for a few hours and wrote thank-you cards, noticing the butterflies on the cards as I wrote. I noticed the details of butterflies on my walls. They are real butterflies from South America framed by specialists of entomology in New York City.

When I took a break from writing, I began reading Pam Grout’s book. I was surprised to see that she spoke about
