The first category; Medical ethics an overview.Medicine is highly valued profession, and being a physician not meant something special,but also that he should know and exemplify the core values of medicine, especially Compassion, Competence and Autonomy.These values, along with respect for fundamental human rights serve as the foundation of medical ethics, and physicians are expected to exemplify them to a higher degree than other professions.

The second category is Helicobacter pylori, commonly called H.pylori, is a spiral-shaped bacteria that can infect the stomach duodenum.It was discovered in 1982 by two Australian researchers who found that it causes a spectrum of clinical picture. It can be asymptomatic, or causing chronic inflammation, ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, and now considered one of the major causes of stomach cancer.

The Third category is diabetic retinopathy (DR) can be defined as damage to micro vascular system in the retina due to prolonged hyperglycemia, the major systemic risk factors for onset and progression of DR are duration of diabetes and chronic hyperglycemia.It has become evident through familial aggregation studies that susceptibility to DR has a heritable component, independent of established risk factors including glycemic control and duration of diabetes.Here is a trying to explore one of genes that probably has a role in developing DR. The effect of Bcl-2 gene on developing and progression of DR by studying the amplification of Bcl-2 using the real time PCR was done.
