…And lastly… Mr./Ms. black Republican interview
INTRO
It’s been said that being white is not just person’s race, it’s also their attitude. Well it’s pretty obvious it can also be said about being black in a very strong sense over the past couple of decades. And there’s been more of an attempt by way of politics to make it even more of an outstanding attitude, only in a negative way, reminiscent of the American early bias past.
I will try to be kind since maybe black Republicans didn’t get the memo that in the 1960s the Democrats and the Republicans switched positions, sort of like how slaves at the end of the Civil War weren’t told that American slavery had ended.
The Regression Party: Quick Analysis
As a political party of regression, only white people can realistically go in the direction of regression. Blacks as a race have to, and can only progress—go forward. Simply put: blacks have nothing to regress to. Black people regressing is like someone who escapes a burning building, and then runs back into the building. Or falls out of a boat, can’t swim, and, after being rescued, jumps back into the water, still not able to swim. Or purposely taking a punch one could have easily avoided, so on and so on.
As a country with a tumultuous history, no one can name anything positive or beneficial that black people would regress to. Even if as a race they packed up and made an exodus back to Africa, what would be there waiting for them? A population of white Africans that don’t really care for what they, from afar, see as a black American uppity attitude,
and a distant cousin perception attitude from black Africans brimming with unfamiliarity. In other words: black Africans have more in common with their fellow white Africans than they do with African Americans. I haven’t spoken to any, but my guess would be that black Africans probably don’t see the connection with American blacks calling themselves African American.
I think they would say that’s a position of honor, not just some novelty or fad.
In my opinion, I’d say black Americans, over 400 years later, still don’t completely know who they are.
They’ve been robbed of so many treasured fundamentals—physically, mentally, morally—where they’ve only been put in a position of blind acceptance. Any race of people can turn against fellow human beings of any race for various reasons based on a wide variety of issues. But as far as I’ve witnessed, only black Americans have decimated each other as a race, not merely as someone whom you just dislike as an enemy or a foe. In the history of world bondage, what race of people other than say black or Middle Eastern still to this day can slaughter one of their own race the way one would step on a cock roach? During America’s days of bondage, certain black slaves would not only help their captors keep fellow blacks in bondage, they would, if called upon, for the sake of their master’s bidding, kill another black who they somehow deemed were less of a worthy black than themselves. A progressive attitude should suggest that you do things for a good reason, not just because. What has ever curtailed from blacks killing blacks other than less blacks and doing the enemy’s bidding? If modern day black Americans started an out-and-out war against only each other,
the nucleus of the white race (Power Structure) would just, for all intents and purposes, stand on the sidelines keeping track. Now they would put up a law and order front to maintain their white hat position, because #1: the world would be watching, and they know white Americans would expect the maintaining of their safety as an American, and, subliminally, as a race. There has always been a behind closed doors issue of How to
on black genocide ever since blacks demanded the Three R’s: release, respect, and reparation.
Black Republican History
But here in modern times, we’ve obviously reached a plateau where black unity should, across the board, be substantiated. Yet, the severity of politics still hasn’t reached the level of a take no prisoners
amongst the general black population. I’d say if I were to any degree speak on any political history right now in reference to black Americans, it would be mostly irrelevant to the younger, and some older generations. Yes, it once seemed that black Americans would only be Republicans for a variety of obvious reasons. But as many blacks should know: the issue of civil rights changed all that. Yes, the Democrat Party was known as the vicious slave capturing and trading party with no conscious attitude toward seeing blacks as anything but subhuman. Yes, the Democratic tyranny went beyond measure.
Although it should be obvious, it’s hard to say what action did more good in the long run for blacks: war or the Civil Rights Movement. And which, as a whole, angered white Americans more. Both were forced either by way of the gun, or the pen. And yes both made significant changes by way of politics. The gun forced the change, while the pen just made white people walk away, feeling abandoned. In short, in a roundabout way, what do you do when you are consciously against slavery, but at the same time dislike black skin? For the whites that fought and wanted American slavery to be over, the theory after all was said and done was, You got your freedom from bondage, now go and prosper.
As I’ve said in some of my other books: black skin is like a tattoo. You take it everywhere you go and everyone notices, whether you want them to or not. And like people with tattoos, the majority of black people don’t see a reason to remove their outstanding amenity. In other words, Accept me as I am.
So yes, after slavery for all intents and purposes ended, black vision felt they had a friend and guiding savior by way of the Republican Party. After war, the Democrat Party simply became, You can kick my ripe fruits and vegetables, but my unseen seeds will continue.
So the scenario was set. By way of Republican acceptance, blacks that figured out how to prosper did in an assortment of ways. But just like night compared to day, some things get more noticeable at night than during the day.
In short, white Americans of both political fronts did have more similarities than differences. White Democrats for the most part wanted the newly freed blacks to just fade away. While white Republicans, who didn’t really care or concern themselves about blacks in bondage, could care less one way or another. Especially since slavery in America to a degree was not a one party issue. Yes, there were rich white Republicans that owned slaves too, especially in the Northern part of America.
Here’s a short history lesson that many people know, which historians have written about The Republican party behind, and somewhat in front of closed doors, they politically and argumentatively fought Abe Lincoln tooth and nail over putting forward any real effort to end slavery. After all, the country was stolen and set up for white faces only. Also, it took some soul searching for even Lincoln to come to his historic decision anyway…But I digress…
Anger like evil will seek out anger and evil elsewhere. From that time period to this day, white people, especially those struggling financially, have a problem seeing blacks having, gaining, and achieving more than what they’ve got.
Their attitude was: white is what’s right; black, although enjoying some allowed freedom, need to slow down and know their white-assigned place in life. So those Republicans that were not in favor of Lincoln’s agenda, saw an opportunity to welcome and assemble angrily and not knowing which way to turn Southern white Dixiecrats by way of invitation to bring their anger over to the other political side. Especially nearly a hundred years later when the pen fired off the civil rights shot heard around the world. It just goes to show that evil can corrupt and taint anything. And being that politics is never truly honest, its calling will pimp those seeking an easy out.
By the 1960’s, the Democrat Party saw black issues as an expectancy to gain and further political points, as well as a bit of ego. It never was a people just doing the right thing. It was always for some hidden agenda. Just like with Lincoln, the Civil Rights Movement was all about give and take. There were of course those blacks that stayed loyal to the free the slaves party,
but the rest, by way of careful planning, saw greener pastures elsewhere. As if a black person remaining Republican were guaranteed in achieving their lot in life, as opposed to the Democratic Party not having much to offer them financially, etc., since money always comes first. But being that the majority of blacks were, and seemingly always will be, poor in America, the Democratic out-reaching hand looked friendlier, while post Lincoln Republican Party’s hand welcomed the angry/feeling abandoned white Democrats. As usual, war can pretty much change the human/physical, but rarely changes the mental. Many know the deal. It’s just like with a two year-old child. If they can’t keep doing what they’re doing, they’re gonna pout and find another way. Timely speaking, it’s kind of like how the American/Western invasion of Iraq gave birth to the terrorist group ISIS—the Civil War in America gave birth to the KKK and other neo-Nazi fascist groups determined to scare blacks into submission. And like ISIS, they seemed to have smothered any and all stoppage. Like an enigma, people that comfortably could just sort of ignored them since they posed no real threat to them. Political correctness wouldn’t allow the Republican Party to outright embrace such groups like the Klan, but they did maintain a blind-eye perception on what they were up to. The Klan assumed a sort of leading role as a bunch of hooded, marauding Democrats who led angry/disillusioned white Democrats to move toward Republican Land.
And what is the job of a political party anyway? Accept donations and human souls—the more the merrier.
So eventually, what of the Democrat Party but a wake-up call to disillusioned blacks, ethnics who faced prejudice, majority near brown and olive skin Americans, through planning and general observation, the Democrat Party took on the plight of the dark, poor, and downtrodden, where the Republican Party, to this day, became the party of the mostly non-ethnic white and otherwise outstandingly rich. So this question stands: Where do black Republicans fit in there? Here’s my scenario: Take away black Republican’s money, then carefully/observingly read the expression on their white Republican counterpart’s faces, then ask black Republicans what they think it says.
croc.jpgCHAPTER 1
American first…Black second…Wishful thinking
This of course is not something just to be said about black Republicans. Some black Americans of all denominations think they are perceived as American first and black second in the eyes of the American consensus. Once again I have to speak on the fact that we live in a first impression country. When you hear someone say they don’t see color, or leastwise, don’t see it first, well, that’s a lie. And don’t think color isn’t associated with a long list of things. White people associate their race/color with specific generalities. So who would believe anyone of their race or color would not have definite opinions of those of another race/color. There’s no doubt that American whites see American blacks as American, but human logic dictates that they see their color first. Hollywood is such a huge influence on the vast majority of Americans’ way of thinking, as well as their politics. And even though white Americans acknowledge blacks as American, they can’t help but recognize the pecking order. Even whites that might see a black(s) face everyday, acknowledge the rules. As do black Americans’ superiority complex. There are several examples I could give, but the best perhaps is to find one American who didn’t acknowledge the difference of the 43rd President compared to all the others. No one could have a straight enough face to say, What’s so different about him?
No one in their right mind would think anybody’s that stupid. First impression means just that: first impression. Your eyes see what your mind by several means has been told it sees.
It truly amazes me to see black Republicans amongst their chosen political group act as though they truly fit in, and there’s no discrepancy. They somehow carry an aura where they’re not just black, but truly accepted amongst their comrades. You’d have to search high and low to find a better poker face than the ones white Republicans carry. They have several reasons for that special look, which clearly reads, I don’t care, and the money’s in the bank.
Basically that same look Hitler and his henchmen had. It really comes off strange on the faces of black Republicans. Kind of like the theory of those black slaves in the past who became their master’s black valets of dastardly deeds. That of course was much about survival of the fittest, and captive tolerance. When all you know is bondage, the slightest relief will be the most welcoming gift. After being a prisoner long enough, a degree of every man/woman for themselves plays in. Near freedom, just like actual freedom, is all delectable bait. But choosing to be a Republican in modern times—if you’re black here in the new millennium—is a conscious choice. A freedom of choice that’s obvious. And just like those American valet slaves, it’s only done for personal reasons, not for the good of all. If you listen to black Republicans that have some clout, a voice that’s heard, and a position of renown, they spend a lot of time speaking on what black Americans have done wrong, and what’s wrong with them. Not always in that particular order. And like their fellow white Republicans, what they also contemplate doing for blacks as a race is just as cloudy. As I’ve written in my other books, I consider being Republican along the same lines as being in a cult. Their expectations are unrealistic, their philosophy is unworldly a best, and the brainwashing shouts out, Obvious!
The obvious part, like all cults, is that they’re never about people in a caring sense. It’s all about material. Now, of course, life itself is all about material, but cults move in much more of a hurry up to get it before you figure out the scam and decide to come to your senses. One of the biggest clichés to maintain the existence of a cult is lying. They could not exist by telling potentials the truth. They want something. And helping you is not on that list. So black Republicans need to somehow wake up. Today’s white members only Republican Party recognizes black usefulness when using gullible blacks to steer the herd, so to speak.
Like the jingle jangles doing slavery, white Republicans love it when submissive blacks dance to their tune and don’t step on their toes. Any black that will speak on black/minority issues in a negative way gets a platform amongst regular Republicans. They serve a distinct purpose as a black, and only as a black, not as an American. The Republican Party has always been an elite members only party. If they ever give, it’s only to get. There’s no objectivity involved. As I said in the name of this chapter, wishful thinking abounds. If blacks who are Republican aren’t already in the upper echelon, they think being Republican, voting Republican, and contributing to that party will get them there. It’s made quite clear to poor and working class blacks that Republican policies have nothing to offer them except maybe conservatism.
What is the definition trickle down,
one of Republican’s favorite sayings? It means the rich will be generous. Where have the rich ever been generous no matter what party affiliation, unless they were generous because they believed it would get them into heaven? Rich generosity doesn’t come in the form of paying a generous wage, for example, to those who work to keep the rich rich. People must understand: the rich think/know they’re rich for a reason. And they have no written or unwritten by-law that tells them giving their money to those that can’t do what they do is a good investment. Remember: the rich don’t give to other rich people unless it’s an investment to make them richer. So obviously, how cautious would anyone think they’d be with giving the poor or merely working class any of their money?
So black Republicans, who are equivalent to a football cheerleader to a white Republican,
can only see a black Republican’s limited usefulness. If you, as a black person, come their way convincingly, minus the typical black baggage, you’re in. Say things with conviction like the Voting Rights Amendment is no longer necessary; affirmative action serves no purpose; talk about a list of things where you need ID; downgrade and condemn the black president; etc., etc. It’s all music to white Republicans’ ears. But I say blacks who choose to be Republican can’t be that stupid. They know what white Republicans want to hear. And rather convinced are not of what they’ll hear is genuine, they’ll find a way to make use of black Republicans.
It becomes a pertinent sales pitch, and a good talking point that all white Republican voters want to hear. And for the hell of it, you might just convince conservative black Democrats to switch parties. What black Republicans seemingly don’t appear to understand is that white Republicans under all circumstances only see that black is black. Although black Republicans have convinced themselves that blacks can and have evolved, their white brethren, which they feel that they fit in with, don’t see it that way.
I’ve always believed that black Republicans are sternly Republican because they somehow blindly believe the Republican Party is still the party of Lincoln. In a weakened way overall, the conservative of value mindfulness is a hard second, while money comes first, and capitalism is a strong third. They have to all fall in line with those basic principles or they can’t be a member. As long as they abide by those things as to what’s most important, they’re in. Their color, as a default, is seemingly overlooked because being a Republican is a numbers game, both with money and people building.
