Pastor Sayndee is an ordained pastor, gospel music minister, and music producer. He started his music career since he was fifteen. He has dedicated his entire life to gospel music and religious work for twenty-six years. Trained under the David Oyedepo Ministries, Living Faith Church Worldwide, David has acquired a solid religious foundation that guarantees his ability to impact others with his spiritual understanding and knowledge of the Word of God. He has a great experience in the music ministry working with successful musicians, artists, and churches. He graduated from the Word of Faith Bible Institute and the Conduit of Potentials in West Africa, with diplomas. INTRODUCTION

We all have gifts and callings into ministry. The gifts are diverse but can be nurtured into greatness and that depends on you as a minister. James 1:17 tells us that every good and perfect gifts comes from God. Your musical gift is from a genuine source (God). Your gift is divine. You need to tame and properly use this gift so that the giver of it can be seen, manifested, and glorified in it. Becoming an effective music minister with impact requires a lot of work; it requires lots of spiritual exercises, efforts and sacrifices. For an instance, when a footballer wants to become a celebrity, he trains a lot to achieve his goal. He doesn’t only dream it, he work at it. No sacrifice, no glory, therefore if you must become a great music minister you need to sacrifice to get there. To be effective according to the Cambridge dictionaries means successful or achieving the results that you want. Becoming an impactful and effective minister means, to be successful in affecting your Street, Community, your City, Village, Town, your country and the world by your gift.

Impact according to the oxford dictionaries is the effect or influence of one person, thing, or action on another. So impact is having influence and effectiveness is achieving desire results, therefore you want your gift or talent to influence your audience and for you to achieve the purpose for which the gift was deposited in you. This is why this book is written to help you understand how to become an effective and impact generating music minister so that God’s purpose in you will be actualized. You don’t have to be well known and popular around the world or in your Country to prove your impact or effectiveness, as long as you are making impact in your little corner, that’s all that matters. It has nothing to do with how popular you are or how many people know you, it has all to do with affecting and making impact in your little Church City street or Town. HOW MUSIC BECAME POPULAR DURING WORSHIP

Before I take you through this discovery, I like to lay down some key foundations to shoot you into the main focus of this book. In the days of old the use of music was employed amongst God’s people all through scriptures.
