My name is Alford Brock. In closing, on my next birthday, I will be sixty-eight years old. This is my first attempt at writing. I was born in 1945. I have fifteen siblings. There were seven boys and eight girls. All my sisters are still alive, but three of my brothers are gone to be with the Lord. Our mother is still here and yet, at the wonderful age of eighty-eight, is still in her right mind. I thank God for giving me Everlean for a mother and for giving me Lorraine for a wife. CHAPTER ONE

THE FAKE PLAGUE

You will first need a quick course in killing. Or know what it takes to be a killer. When you have been trained to be a killer, you will have a total disregard for human life. The way this is achieved is not talked about or written down on paper. The fear is that it will get into the wrong hands. This may sound unbelievable to some and too fantastic to others but the good Lord told me this and wanted me to share it with others. He wanted me to help others. This is a plague on the black race. We will never know if this was created on purpose or not, but this theory outside of the box is for our young men aged between thirteen and eighteen years old.

The level of testosterone in the black teen is 15–25 percent higher than in any other race. This is a well-established fact. You may ask the question: How does this fit into or has anything to do with black-on-black crime?

With a little investigating, this reason can soon be discovered. Look at the number of arrests among our young black youth. Once you are a part of the system and start to be trained as a killer, a total disregard for life seems to be a norm for you.

This transformation occurs very quickly within our young black males. Because of the higher level of testosterone, they don’t have to get very mad or angry because the average black male is already mad or angry.

They have already been through so much it does not take much to push them over the edge. This built-up anger inside allows them to kill and maim for any reason. This sudden loss of control is something that is living inside and has been hidden out of sight and is waiting for the right trigger to set it off.

Over the years, I have spoken to many people who have been arrested, and there was always a reoccurring theme—the anger they felt. I would try and probe and ask the question: What did the police do to make you so angry? They could not give a definite answer. They could not pinpoint the reason. All they knew was that they had an overabundance of anger. And it was all directed to one source.

This overabundance of anger is not natural and is not a normal feeling.

If you are thinking to yourself, This is the first time I have ever heard of this or this is too farfetched to be true, you may be starting to look out of the box.

I often wondered if this was something that was occurring in other races or in other countries. If this was the case, what is happening in our black communities would not stick out like a sore thumb. We have been put in a box and indoctrinated with what to think and what someone else wants us to feel.

We have been told how to think and act about this plague that is killing our black youth. The powers that be control what we see and what we hear. You must realize that almost everything we know has been taught to us by someone else.

CHAPTER TWO

THE KNOWLEDGE

Everything we see is a product of someone else’s imagination. What they don’t want you to know and see is that they use God’s creations to invent things we know. No one can fool God, and those who try to, he will expose and uncover.

This book is not meant to scare you. It is written to make you think outside of the suggested box or mind-set that society has imposed on us. This book is to make you want to look for a solution that will expose and destroy the work of the devil which is a full-force plague on black people.

With a little further investigation, we can learn that the black population is 12 percent of the people in America, but 35 percent of the inmates doing time in prison are blacks. This is shocking. Fear keeps us in the box if you don’t believe it I will ask you to think of the last time you almost thought of something that nobody told you then later you said I knew that was going to happen. That’s when you are afraid to know something that nobody taught you or told you. This is known as the box that you are afraid to think outside of. By now, a person would feel that if no one taught it to you, you are not supposed to know it. This is more of being in the mind-set known as the mind to accept whatever you were told. This doesn’t just apply to black people but rather it applies to the majority of people.

When you see so many people willing to follow a mind-set, it reminds me of how a school of fish will follow the leading fish. With so many people having the same outlook about black-on-black crime, remember that someone told us to think it’s because of education, guns, drugs, one-parent homes; it’s a long list of things to keep us in the dark. In this plan, we become the fish just following a mind-set that is killing and confining us and so many others to no end. Even with all the solutions we have seen, there is no slow down in the number of killings in the black community.

This is to bring you and us to the light of a better understanding of just what it takes to be a killer without saying how this is done. If this is deliberate or accidental, the outcome seems to slap the face of one of these two adjectives. I will say this to you: Every time this plague reaches fever pitch, one of the people who would be leading or in charge will announce a new solution that has nothing to do with the real problem. The reason they can find no solution is that they are saying what somebody told them. When a man teaches you, you only know what man knows.

CHAPTER THREE

THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD

When God teaches you, you can see much more than words that are spoken to restrict our thought process. You see this happen in politics in every election; the money tells us what to think. The information they are giving in most cases has nothing to do with the truth but just telling people what to think or in this case what to know. I would say that a lie is the worst thing, but it looks like most lies are born out of fear. You probably already know this, but if you don’t or if you know people are afraid of you, they would like to be rid of fear. This is not a black problem; why should so many blacks be dying?

Blacks are not afraid of blacks. That’s the way it was before. So many young blacks have developed a total disregard for human life. Now everybody is afraid of young black men. At this point, it looks like something is wrong with a blind man. Nine times out of ten or most of the time when a young black person kills another black, they were in jail within the last few weeks or months. This information is not easy to get. It is time to know something that no one told you.

CHAPTER FOUR

THE GIFTS

You can realize this problem for yourself with your own imagination. If you cannot, the fear of knowing something that nobody taught you is restricting you as if you were in a box.

It is not my intention to tell you what to think but to let you know that we are not alone. God knows.

Step one: Understand that what you are being told is wisdom.

Step two: Are you wondering why you are being told this or given this information?

Step three: Realize who stands to gain. This is where these steps get a little deep for nonbelievers’ discernment has to be part of this equation.

These three gifts only come from God.

I don’t proclaim to know the mind of God. These three gifts would be a great help against the wilds of the devil because he is so cunning and deceptive. Can you think of a reason that nobody told you of so many killings? It’s not my reason but your own. If you can’t, you must know why this has been acceptable. It is because someone told us what to think about this plague that puts us in the box about black-on-black crime.

CHAPTER FIVE

THE FORCE

We may not know our own heart, but God knows. Now I will try to take you into the light of a better understanding to be blessed with the abovementioned gifts. Everyone will not get the gift if we don’t accept that God knows our heart.

We as a people have to be very tough to know things that maybe only you can see. The spirit of fear is not given to people in Christ. It takes courage to speak the truth all of the time. Remember, fear is what makes most people fall into lies and makes them cowards if they cannot be honest with themselves. If we as a people don’t come into the light of understanding, we’ll be telling the truth to no one who cares or understands.

The real consequence of this could be the desired effect that a race of people would destroy itself and that everybody acted as if it was normal for the black race. Do you want more proof? The past and the present make the future. If it happened in the past and it happens in the present, it is going to happen in the future unless a force stops it from happening. This is where we come in with the power of God. We are a force for the good in the world, unless we are turned into creatures of habit influenced by the power of suggestion.

CHAPTER SIX

THE POWER OF UNDERSTANDING

This mind-set is what got us into what looks unbelievable for the people of God. God’s most spectacular creation, mankind, must all have some level of intuition. How else could we be so wonderfully made? Intuition has nothing to do with education. This is about something nobody told you or taught you. Fear can keep us in the box. Fear can be very controlling. Fear will prevent you from seeing. The brain or mind only wants to accept what it can stand to know. Now that we are looking outside of the box, the light of understanding will burn through every doubt and misunderstanding. Pray that God is willing for this to happen in your life.

Remember how you felt after you read this. The enemy will try to bring much doubt to your understanding. He knows that without understanding, you can be nothing. Understanding could be the greatest thing in the world. For with it, you can be anything! And you can do anything. In the Bible, it is said that when we are in church we should have one mind that seems to stay outside of the church. Everybody should have control over their own mind; stay close to God. Now that this box of acceptance has captured so many, a plague has taken on the standard for normal of people in the box.

FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN
