About this ebook

In light of the new wave of Pseudo religion Ideology, it is necessary to give a concrete response to it. Same Sex marriages have been put forth as a new civil rights issue. Which it must be determined whether it is Civil, or Right? Should credence be given to Homosexuality to be recognize by religion, or government as a new moral, or immoral privilege? Only Species have the rights to exist. When this lifestyle cannot produce off springs, it does not exist. The concept is pseudo philosophy, or pseudo religious. It must be governed by the same law, and principles of other species. Homosexuals should be restricted to the species of the human family. (Homo-Sapiens/Male and Female). This then will destroy the idea of it.

    THE PREFACE

It has become necessary to write again on the subject of that which has been written before on these things that are most commonly accepted among us: Maybe because of the previous manipulations or ignorance of the subjects.

The subject of marriage has become a modern day hot potato. Especially among those who claim to be in the gay community.

The obvious distinction of the human anatomy should determine the Gender thereof. This can also be compared with the animal world if there is not a better comparison. But as it is said about the digital world it can be manipulated contrary to that of the analogue world.

God specifically draws our attention to this point in Roman 1:19 when it displays the group of the gay community going contrary to that which Mother Nature teaches from the creation of the world.

It is not my intent just to show the abomination of this sin: but rather to employ this treatise against this sin because it is purported that homosexuality should be considered as a legitimate lifestyle.

May we at this time declare again a resolution against such vile affection and show the path to truth. For this generation is headed back to heathenism and an uncivilized society void of sensible knowledge.

    The Author

    What About Same-Sex Marriages?

    Bishop Willie J. Duncan Sr. D.D. Ph.D.

What about same-sex marriages? There are two ways to examine the feasibility, and the morality of this issue: (1) the law of sensible logic and (2) the laws of biblical and social morals.

    The Laws of Logic

It is unfortunate that there should ever be a question of what constitutes marriage. This is a thing that has been settled from time immemorial. To have life exist today on earth requires the reproduction of the various species. If a species exists, it is because it can reproduce itself. Otherwise, it must be declared extinct or that it never existed. This is true in the laws of botany, zoology, and Homo sapiens. Life cannot continue without the act of marriage between male and female. To ignore this is to ignore life itself. There are times when simplicity should decide the rule of thumb. The command to the different sexes is to come together for the process of procreation (Gen. 1:26-28).

    Laws of Botany

Botany is the branch of science that studies plants. Nearly all plants known have seeds or a process of reproduction. Most plant seeds fall to the ground at the time of fall. This is the way for the seeds of the plants to impregnate the ground. The earth then becomes the mother, and the plants producing the seed become the fathers. The result is that other plants of their kind are reproduced. Those species are continued in the reproduction cycle.

Sometimes humans manipulate seeds, and produce hybrids. When a male and a female of two different species or strains produce an offspring, the young are called hybrids. The mule is one of the most famous hybrids. It is the offspring of a horse and a jackass. Hybrids were once considered unnatural, although the mule has been used as far back as the days of Homer in Ancient Greece. However, the mule that is produced cannot reproduce because it is sterile. One limit of hybridization is that the more different the parents are from one another, the more difficult it is to produce an offspring. In widely different species, it is impossible. Evidently, this is because they are not of the same family kind.

Humanity has been able to produce cultivated strawberries; that are derived from two wild species. This is done from the restricted area of the strawberry species. The lemon, and orange were crossed to produce the oramon. The grapefruit, and lemon produced the lemelo. They are derived from the fruit species.

The lesson that should be learned from these examples is that although manipulation can be made from crossing the species), and some of these maybe useful in some way there is a danger in manipulating species. We never want to see a half man and a half ape, or a half woman and a half dog. We never want it to come to pass that a man will be made to produce a child without a woman!

    Anthropology and the Homo-sapiens’-Species

Anthropology is the scientific study of humanity. In this study I wish to show the reproduction process of humankind. Almost all species have a male and female concept of reproduction, especially in the higher complex-cell creatures. Many one-cell creatures may reproduce by splitting their cells into two separate organisms. Humans reproduce by the male, and female concepts only. Neither man, nor woman has the ability to reproduce without one another. The man’s sex cell (sperm) has twenty-three half single chromosomes, and the woman’s sex cell (egg) has twenty-three half single chromosomes. In scientific terminology they are classified as haploids. (French). They are at this point, unfertile. They cannot produce a sustained life without coming together. The woman’s egg will perish within twenty-four hours of ovulation, and the man’s sperm, unless it is frozen, will live in its half state for no more than twenty-four to thirty six hours.

From this, it seems that life cannot be sustained, or reproduced without male, and female coming together sexually. The female traits in the chromosomes are classified as XX and the male as XY. There are twenty-three pairs of traits XX in either male or female chromosomes. Twenty-two of the twenty-three are autosomal, which receives, and retain genetic traits. One pair is an XX, or a XY; which determines the sex of the offspring. If the twenty-third single pair is XY, the offspring is a male. If the twenty-third single pair is a XX, the offspring is a female.

Biology teaches that the male sex cell has twenty-three single half chromosomes, and the female sex cell has twenty-three single half chromosomes. You need forty-six chromosomes to make one cell, which begins the human life. You cannot join the twenty-three single half chromosomes of a male cell that is XY with another male; which will not change the contents. It will result in the same thing for the twenty-three half chromosomes of the male, which will always be absolutely twenty-three single half chromosomes. Regardless to how many of these twenty-three single half chromosomes you put in the equation, the result will be the same, Male plus male, plus male plus male, and male plus male plus male equals male. It is likewise the same thing in the case with females plus females plus females, and females plus females plus females equals female.

It is absolutely impossible to change the situation to the point where male sex cells, or female sex cells trying to join together would result in a mixture, and not a compound. Why would one suggest that this should be promoted when the logic is not there? This is against not only nature but against morals.

My point is that same-sex marriages should not be tolerated as an acceptable lifestyle, because this is not a lifestyle that produces life. There are built-in laws that govern the reproduction of the species. Whosoever violates these laws will cause the continuation of life to become extinct. We need diversity in order to have unity. We need the positive, and the negative to have motion. We need male, and female to have continuous life. Marriage is for procreation, and not for recreation. The Creator made it that way. Anyone who seeks to change that goes against the Creator, and the creation of God (Rom. 1:19-32).

The Biblical Morals against Same-Sex Marriages

There are clear, and plain teachings in the Word of God against the immoral practices in sexuality. This includes adultery, fornication, incest, homosexuality, and sodomy. These all belong to sexual immorality. The sins of adultery, fornication, and incest are still considered immoral in our society, but the sins of homosexuality, and sodomy are now being tolerated.

There is legislation that has been passed, and some that are pending to determine whether homosexuality, and sodomy should be tolerated in the logical world of the Homo sapiens. An idea should be real, and practical: Meaning that it does work. These questions could be asked: How do we make a third restroom? Could a woman go public without a blouse as a man can without a shirt? That area is beyond thought, or reason. If same-sex marriages are considered to be a part of our culture, should we change the prison system to allow marriages in prison: Where husbands and wives can stay in the same cell, as homosexuals do theirs? Should women mingle in the same prison with men? Obviously not, for that would disrupt that society as it would disrupt our society out here. There are certain things that are not equal by mere genetic differences.

The idea that same-sex marriage is a civil rights issue is absolutely absurd, for this is not civil and is not right. Homosexuality is immoral. This sins is classified with the other sins of the Bible. Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind; nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards; nor revilers; nor extortioners; shall inherit the kingdom of God (Cor. 6:9). These people’s lives have been changed from this, as it is said in verse 11 in this same passage.

The approach that the proponents of same-sex marriage are using is not constitutional in this democratic society. There is no constitution, whether at the state, or federal level that has any laws giving the right to same-sex marriages. Neither should any attempt be made to go to any judge statewide or federal to get him or her to adjudicate said practices. A judge cannot interpret a law that is not there. Neither can he or she make a law.

Our constitution was not proposed to address every question, or concern that might come up. It is rather proposed to set forth laws to govern by the will, or consent of the governed. A provision is made to amend the US Constitution with the three-quarter majority of votes of the people of that society. Judges do not have the power to rule positively, or negatively. But rather they may note whether a certain desire that someone may have is put forth, and may request it to be given to the legislative branch of that government: And the Senate, and House of Representatives may pass the law being duly signed by the President. Then it may be presented to the states for ratification, which in turn approves, or disapprove by the process of a three-quarter majority vote of the states. If it is approved, it will become the part of the Constitution in its proper number.

The plea of our society is supposed to be passed by the majority of our citizens, and not by the minority. That would be oligarchy rather than democracy. Our government would be ruled by class rather than by the majority, or by the classes rather than the masses.

The Supreme Court should make no definitive judgment in favor of, or against anything that is not suggested by the constitution. Too many trips have been made to the Supreme Court; on subjects for which it has no jurisdiction. A directional ruling should be shown where the case should be heard if it is not a constitutional law: That is, to send a case to the proper jurisdiction of Congress.

From a biblical point of view same sex marriage is an abomination, and is absolutely absurd. There are many scriptures in the Bible that plainly teaches against these gross sins.

Why the Bible? It is a known fact that wherever the biblical concepts are practiced those nations, or individuals become civil, and human dignity is raised to a higher level than before. Nations of people in time pass were carried about with all kinds’ of sexual behaviors with peoples, and with animals. The question may be asked; Who sets the moral codes for our society? The moral codes are usually set by the consent of the governed rather than by the branches of government. This brings to focus the saying: "Government is derived from the consent of the governed, and when any branches thereof go contrary to the will of the peoples, it is up to the peoples to repeal or abolished it."

Moral codes are usually traditions that are imbedded in the fabric of our society by customs, and cultural practices. These customs are many times derived from religion or superstitions handed down by the Elders of that society. The concept of a Supreme Being is the center of attraction. And one’s eternal life is associated with these practices. It is certainly true that everyone is faced with the decision that there is a God somewhere; if not we have followed some cunningly devised fables. Which if it is not true we should neither worship, nor fear it. You be the judge!

For an example: "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you." (Lev. 18:22-24).

Please consider another scripture. "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. And if a man lies with a beast, he shall surely be put to death; and ye shall slay the beast. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast; they shall surely be put to death their blood shall be upon them." (Lev. 20:13, 15, 16).

    Deuteronomy 23:1 (KJV).

¹ He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

"There shall not be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel." (Deu. 23:17).

These sins are also condemned in the New Testament.

    I. SINS OF UNCHASITY

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these:

    Adultery

    Fornication

    Uncleanness

    Lasciviousness.

These sins are called unchaste. They have to do with sexual impurity. Sins which are against the body (I Cor. 6:16-18). These sexual sins are at the top of the list. Without mentioning the other sins of the flesh we will define the meaning of each of these sexual Sins.

    A. ADULTERY

    • This word taken from the Greek word MOICHOS denotes one who has unlawful intercourse with the spouse of another. (Luke 18:11; I Cor. 6:9; Heb. 13:4 (Vine)

    • After two persons have become married there must not be a third party who comes in and separate the married couple with any sexual act. Whoever does this act commits Adultery, and the marriage bond and vow is broken. The marriage becomes adulterated, or a mixture of a strange flesh which has come into the marriage and therefore pollutes it.

    • The strange flesh is always that person who comes into the marriage, being foreign, or unrelated sexually to either married partner. (Prov. 7:5-27.) This is the meaning of the term Adultery.

    B. FORNICATION

    1. Taken from the Greek word PORNEIA, meaning illicit sexual intercourse: Pre-marital relationships, or to commit whoredom, and whore mongering. There must not be any pre-marital relationship. Although this term has to do in this context with premarital relationships; it’s a term also used in the Greek for all sexual sins.

    C. UNCLEANNESS

    1. Taken from the Greek word, AKATHARSIA. This is still dealing with sexual impurity, but on a wider scale. This takes in the sins of Homosexuality, sodomy lesbianism, masturbation, in-ordinate affections, oral sexuality and such like. (Rom. 1: 24-27; I Cor. 6:9; Col. 3:5).

    2. The term Uncleanness has to do with the unclean approach to sexuality. That is placing the sexual organs in places where they ought not to be. The sexual organ is not to be placed in, or on the mouth. Neither is it to be placed within the anus, or rectum. This is unnatural, and sinful.

    3. When Paul wrote to the Romans concerning the misuse of the body by men, and women, he uses the sexual term for woman, by saying in the Greek THELEIAI, which means female, and not just the term woman. For this is to show that the context means sexual organ. The woman changed the natural use of the body to that which was unnatural, and began to have sex with the same female gender, and abused the purpose of the female body. "Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

    4. Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, Who is blessed forever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections; for even their women (‘Theleiai’ females) did change the natural use into that which is against nature" (Rom. 1: 24-26).

    1. This context deals with females ignoring the productive purpose of their genders, and became lesbians instead of having a male sexual partner. This sexual sin is classified as uncleanness, and unnatural. In fact it is perverted. Paul continue on and deals with the males by saying: "And likewise also the men, (Greek, ‘Arsen’) leaving the natural use of the woman (Greek, ‘Theleiai,’ females), burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet." (Rom. 1:27).

This is to be understood that men began to practice homosexuality, and became interested in sexual satisfaction with the same gender. This has to do with a mental, or psychological condition, and not a physical change. These are called affections; these have to do with concepts, and not physiologies. When a sex change is requested it is for the purpose of causing the body to be changed to a mental, or affectional concept.

We must conclude that uncleanness has to do with perverted sexuality contrary to nature.

    D. LASCIVIOUSNESS

    1. Taken from the Greek word ASELOGEIA, denotes excess, Lasciviousness, absence of restraint, indulgency wantonness. In this case, it means uncontrolled lustful passion. Burning lust, incontinent, a sexual maniac from this kind of sexual lust derives, incest, pornography materials, child molestations, and auto sexuality.

    2. These are the sins of unchaste behaviors, which are the signs of sexual impurity. These are the traits of any kingdom or nation that is about to be destroyed from within.
