clients and more...
-- What do you need from your retirement plan?
-- What do you want from your retirement plan?
-- If money was not an issue, what would you
want to do in retirement?”
He is well-known for designing plans that resolve these questions
with workable solutions and, in Harry’s own words, Here’s the good
news:
“Real retirement solutions are almost always do-able with my kind of
planning. Coming from the heart, I tell people that I work with guarantees.
When you work with guarantees, you know you’re doing the
right thing. That’s the only way I want to work, and people pick that up
when they talk to me. This book accordingly covers retirement solutions
I consider essential for today’s economy.”

42349.pngINTRODUCTION
A ‘Golden Gate’ to Financial Freedom
I’m proud to present a book based on sound, reliable financial truths and a legacy of tradition in the financial services arena, all grounded in decades of my own experience in the financial industry and many successful professional affiliations in the past, including stalwart east coast investment institutions and relationships with conservative pillars of the San Francisco investment community. In other words, when it comes to our national investment and retirement-planning community, I have strong affiliations coast-to-coast.
With an eye on the future – as my national and regional client base continues to grow exponentially - I recently saw the need to open my own office. I now do business as Kamataris Financial Services of Monterey, California and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I’ve added new elements to my growing team - including a veteran CPA, and estate, tax and elder care attorneys - all hand-picked to help me serve more than 200 clients with $60 million in assets.
Along with these powerful new assets, I bring to the table my extensive background and cross-over expertise, which incorporates the kind of must-have flexibility needed in retirement planning today. My decades of experience combine essential areas of the financial world, from investment in securities to the complexities of powerfully innovative insurance products, which can be combined and leveraged to produce a reliably steady stream of income in retirement for a wide variety of clients and their uniquely individual needs.
I’m able to provide this critical level of flexibility because I hold not only Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses from FINRA, I’m also licensed - and have decades of experience – in the life, health and annuity-related insurance fields. Based on individual lifestyle needs and time horizons, both disciplines allow me to provide important contributions to bedrock, income-producing retirement planning, which has proven vitally necessary in these uncertain times.
Bedrock Preservation
Through it all and at the end of the day,
asset preservation remains my rock-solid, bottom-line. It has always been that way. I believe that preservation of a client’s assets must be my first objective, my primary goal. After all, if a financial planner cannot put asset preservation first - in order to most effectively secure a lifetime of steadily reliable income for life - what’s the point of having a financial ‘plan’ for retirement? Why plan for income failure and financial loss?
‘Me’ vs. ‘Them’
This separates me from the pack – dare I say hordes? – of other financial professionals in my field. As many retirees clearly discovered after the crash-and-burn, 2008-2009 economic meltdown, a preservation
advisor preserves income, peace of mind, and even sanity when times get tough. So-called accumulation
advisors conversely promote risk, which may open the door to loss of assets and we all know what happens next: assets lost mean loss of income.
As an independent, conservative, top-tier financial advisor, I provide preservation-based growth and income expertise to some of the wealthiest families and estates from California to Florida, most of whom have been with me through market up-cycles and times of challenge.
My clients stay with me because they know me for what I am: I am a preservation
advisor, not a risk-oriented accumulation
advisor.
Re-Designing the Modern-Day
‘Private Defined Benefit Plan’
This book is all about the essentials of what I do: I help each of my clients design a uniquely engineered, "Private Defined Benefit Plan."
In the old days – back in the happy days of the 1950s and 1960s - people simply called them pension plans
: once upon a time, loyal workers would spend a lifetime working for one, loyal employer, the employee would then retire with his employer’s defined benefit
pension plan, and all was right with the world.
But those days are long gone. Today, nearly every working individual in this country is responsible for the creation and preservation of his or her own private pension plan. That’s it. And that’s why this book is all about one thing: effective ways to shield and ultimately preserve your assets.
You are about to discover why my clients cannot lose money, why they will never run out of money…why their financial success in retirement will never be subject to total market risk.
Where We Are…
Along the way, I will tell you how to ‘get there.’ But first, I want you to call me. When we meet, I will personally show you why our clients rest easy with the assurance that their assets will be preserved against the tumultuous ups and downs of the market. You will quickly understand why they have what I call "the Kamataris Calm,’ a lasting peace-of-mind that comes with a carefree retirement (and the protection of family legacies for generations to come).
My clients enjoy income they cannot outlive - no matter what might happen in future markets or economies. They also know that I can advise them in other areas as well. For example, I can help them understand market risk-tolerance, how to convert risk to preservation and – and if a portfolio warrants a variety of positions – I’ll help them with market investments as well.
I call it the best of both worlds.
Safety First
First, and most important for the purposes of this book, I specialize in safety, security and reliability - providing a haven of lifetime income for clients in retirement. I also specialize in helping my clients implement important tools involved with insurance-based financial planning. These tools have absolutely saved the retirement lifestyles of millions of retirees in recent years and, with
