Pearl

Pearl has a BSBA/MBA, so education is important. As a new Christian she gathered all the information she could and began to delve deep into God’s Word. One lesson she learned was that you can get lost in the information; another was to ask God for direction and to question when something did not settle. Whenever questionable information came up, she asked God to direct her to go deeper or move on. After ten years of God building a new person from the inside out, Pearl began teaching the Bible in a way the Spirit inspired—turning yesterday’s lessons into today’s reality. She felt others would benefit from testimonies on what God did in people’s lives. This would offer an avenue of hope, awareness, and help to others. Pearl and her husband live in the Southeast. Both are involved in the Dynamic Joy ministry, as well as motorcycle ministry. Nothing you do eliminates you from becoming the person God meant you to be.

Living in the Book of the Bible Study Series:

    Ruth

This study will try to give examples of how people remain strong in character and true to God, even when the society around them is trying to collapse.

    Key people:    Ruth, Naomi, Boaz

    Place:             Moab, Bethlehem

Let’s begin by reminding ourselves who the Moabites are (Genesis 19:30–38, Numbers 25).

We try to walk a fine line and not risk everything when we put our faith in Jesus Christ. God saves us, forgives us, rebuilds our lives, and gives us blessings that will last through eternity. Yet we hesitate again.

The godly man Boaz redeeming Ruth is a picture of how Jesus Christ redeems us. In the book of Ruth we find integrity, kindness, protections, prosperity blessing, faithfulness, and proof that even through our good and not-so-good decisions, our Father works in our lives to bring blessings to each person.

Even those who may not be walking with God at the present, He uses them
