LETTERS
FROM BOHEMIA
THE DAY
T he day started simply
Like a mysterious fairy-tale
Of a faraway constellation
The faces were gently
Melting on the pale
Landscape of coloration
Peculiar is the morning ride
From one planet to another
The perception of a bright light
Can strangely differ
The illuminations of Jupiter’s mind
Can often darken
Venus’s caresses of immanence
The delusion of Orion’s scribe
Can often darken
Saturn’s words of elegance
The day smiled timidly
To the infinities of possibilities
Blooming on the lips
Of a West African beauty
I can see a suave tender kiss
Flirting between her hips
The day started simply
Infamous morning news
Of a fast spreading war
Far, too far away
For me to sincerely care
Far, too far away
For me to sincerely care
The day started simply
Another ride to Petra
A beauty appears
A caress of freshness
On the skin of monstrous morning news
The day started ordinarily
Like a peaceful revolution
Of outcast childhood dreams
Skilfully battling
The strictness of the years
The clouds were smiling
In the skies of my happiness
The sunbirds chanting
To the heart of loveliness
The day started simply
Like the fantastic dawn of humanity
Witnessing the fall of mankind
The day started so simply
Like a trip to the end of line nine
THE MAP
J ’ai dessiné
La Carte d’un monde
A visiter
Les esquisses de navigateurs perdus
Simples adeptes du sans retour
J’ai griffonné un parchemin de circonstance
Badigeonné le murmure de l’espérance
Dans le voyage j’ai trouvé
Le sens de la singularité
De la belle existence
Somewhere the eternal sun
Awaits me
Somewhere the primal thought
Awaits me.
Il faut avoir parcouru
Les contrées escarpées
Des cœur brisés
Des pupilles ensommeillées
Pour pouvoir ressentir
L’appel du salut
J’ai dessiné
La Carte d’un monde a visité
Les esquisses de navigateurs perdus
Simple’s adeptes du sans retour.
DEPARTURE
T o discover a new road
In the land of the unknown
A path toward a destination
That I’m yet to paint
On the canvas of my mind
To walk with the only companion
I have ever needed, adventure!
To imbibe your eyes in the blood of Nature
To see feel the uniqueness of the dimensions
Come to draw
On the walls of humanity
Your words
Of kindness and beauty
Come to draw
Create imagine
Fulfil bloom
Come to draw
Walk toward infinity
Meet the multitude
To find oneness
Walk onward
NOTION OF A DREAM
O pen spaces
Crashing species
Southing hazes
I’m the poison
A nude reason
The last dream
Colours of division
Perfume of excess
Echoes of perversion
Sordid newness
I’m the poison
A new reason
The last dream
Infinity! Oh eternity!
Creep on
