As before, we extend Dedications to those we have already mentioned, and we add special ones in this book. We dedicate this book to the memories of those victims of Aurora, of Virginia Tech, of Columbine, of all those injured or killed at the Boston Marathon bombing. May our memories of them live on so that, hopefully, no other tragedies like those can ever happen again. We pray that our books will do them justice and honor them properly!

We should also dedicate this book to those who gave their lives in the world’s two wars, so we might live in freedom.
