The Storm Is Over is a short but captivating novel, which is as interesting as it is educative, informative and spiritually enlightening both for the young and the old. It is a must-read in this age and time when the world hardly believe in the fact that living a good life is highly rewarding and an inevitable necessity.

Mr. Livinus Onyekwulunne Liv-On by putting together this romantic work has consciously concretized one of the age-long sayings which he believes in and is recorded for posterity, if you open your purse/wallet into your brain, nobody is going to take it away from you; an investment in reading and writing pays the best dividend. It is like a gilt-edged security.

Having read and traveled wide, he has acquired much that he wants to share with humanity. It is so engaging that it leaves the reader so captivated, refreshed, richer in wisdom, spiritually enlightened and yet yearning for more. When I read through his book Discover Yourself, I began to see God’s vision for a new earth and himself among the generation of people with great passion towards helping mankind rediscover themselves and lead a life pleasing in the eyes of God our creator.

The author chose to open his purse/wallet into his brain knowing that an investment in reading and writing pays the best dividend. This is amongst the first in the numerous series he hopes to produce. It is indeed a worthwhile venture, no doubt.

    CHAPTER ONE

It all began a few years ago when Emmanuel, a young Nigeria resident in the United States of America with his mother, came home on vacation. Unfortunately, while he was staying in Nigeria, nature had other ideas and package for him in the U.S. The wild fire had struck in the U.S with such a destructive devastating blow that part of some cities were swept away within hours.

However, Emma’s mother was among the people who were lucky to have evacuated from the city before the tragedy struck, but other things they’ve labored for were all lost. Meanwhile news about this catastrophe was all over the world aired by international networks like cable network news (CNN), BBC, FOX news etc.

The entire global village were dazed by the magnitude and proportion of such natural occurrence necessitating such gargantuan destruction. The news left Emma completely broken and quite agitated, anxious to leave the country to the States.

He gets most of his supplies from a drug-dealer named Rita, sometimes on credit, to dispose and pay back but often on cash and carry basis. Now Julius was an old pal of Joseph in U.S who introduced Emma to him. Julius, having heard and is aware of the tragedy that struck and it’s devastating effect on Emma decided to capitalize on it since Emma was anxious to travel back to the state. He smartly worked on Emma, knowing his present psychological state of mind, to assist push some kilograms of heroine into America. This move, Julius reasoned would work out since Emma was resident in America and obviously was in dire need of money to rehabilitate himself when he gets back to U.S. However, to get his supplies this time, he had a hurdle to scale as he had no ready cash to pay for the stuff he needed from his supplier Rita.

Rita insisted she needed at least 25%
