This story happens anywhere you choose. The little coastal beach town in this book is a metaphor you can use to create a flame inside yourself to strengthen your individual spirit called me.

•   Everyone has a transformational location somewhere near them. Visit it often—breathe it, feel it, taste it, allow it into your being as if visiting your own church inside yourself. This activity will develop your inner child creativity or soul spirit.

•   Seek the miracle and it will seek you. Your flame can be activated inside to match the outside. Visit it often, that sacred place. It changes you and allows a look inside from outside to align the me. You must invite the flame of inspiration in.

•   Nature is a trigger inside you and helps you raise your frequency with light, color, and texture. Nature can help your mind shift and your frequencies change this will result in seeing, sensing and experiencing differently. This is called healing with nature.

•   Invite dimensions of color and sound into the heart and allow the warm glow of love from the inside out. Pray for a shift inside yourself: from plainness to colors. Intentions excite and activate energy at the cellular DNA level. New synapse nerve fibers are created and you are changed. Change comes from the mind; and with each visit, you open your eyes, mind, and soul to the reality of new horizons of space and time.

This book is an exercise to activate transformational change from within you by connecting yourself with nature’s color, light, and beauty.

Nature helps the mind create a new reality. That is why we say nature can heal. How we experience our lives and environment can help or hinder this process with the internal stories and we must let those stories go to open
