About this ebook
This book is based on our experiences with paranormal phenomenon. There is one incidence that is in the book that I would like to talk about here. All of the experiences that we had were frightening, but this one stands out in my mind.
This particular incident scared me really bad, because I had never seen anything like it in my life. Nicholas was home alone and decided to go to the store to get cigarettes, he locked the door before he left and when he returned, he walked into a frightening scene. He unlocked the front door and walked in the living room to find all of the pictures on the wall turning in circles. There were at least thirty pictures in all, and every single one spinning on the wall. He ran to my cousins house, and told us what he had returned home to find. We decide to walk back over to his house. When we got there, Gwen opened the front door and screamed. We run up behind her to look into the house and what I saw sent chills down my spine. As Nicholas had said, every picture was spinning on the wall. We walk into the living room and Gabriella, Gwens sister, walks over to the pictures and looks behind them and they are spinning in mid air, theyre not hanging on anything. When she tells us, we ran out of the house. Just remembering this gives me chills.

About the Author My name is Terri Williams. This is my first novel and I’m excited about it. I’ve always known that I wanted to write a book. I have now made that dream come true. None of this would have been possible without the love and support from my family and friends. I’m Epileptic, so the feat in itself is remarkable for me. My husband is my strength and my rock. He has been so supportive of my wanting to write this book. I want to thank my husband for supporting me, and my decision for this book and others to come.

INTRODUCTION
I was twelve years old when I first met Nicholas Savage. I was spending the summer with my Aunt and Uncle. My cousins, Gwen and Gabriella were more like my sisters than cousins. We were as close as any family could be. It was the summer of 1987. This was going to be the best summer of my whole life. Gwen was the oldest of us three, and she had been talking to this guy that worked at a local radio station. She had called two weeks earlier to request a song, and the DJ (his real name is Gregory Savage.) asked if she would call him back in a couple of weekends, so they could talk again, (his radio name was Jarrod Jameson). I was always amazed at how quickly Gwen could make friends with just about anyone. So, I knew this one wouldn’t be any different. Tonight had started out like any other night had, but while Gwen was talking to Gregory, she said that she heard something pop and sizzle. Well, Gregory told Gwen that he was putting her on the phone with his younger brother, Nicholas, while he went and found what had happened. Well, Gwen started talking to Nicholas. Obviously, they found they had lots in common, because they talked for over 2 and a half hours. By the end of the conversation, they had made plans meet.
But none of us knew that this friendship would change our lives… . forever.
CHAPTER ONE
The Meeting
While Gwen was talking to Nicholas about us meeting him the next night, Gabriella I were kind of leery about meeting him. We didn’t know anything about him, other than where he lived. We didn’t know what kind of person he was. How was his attitude? Did he have a bad aura? I guess we would have to find out the following night. Gwen told us about some of the things that she and Nicholas had talked about on the phone. She said that he was our age, and he liked a lot of the same things that we did. After her speech on convincing us that he seemed to be a good person, Gabriella and I were feeling better about our meeting the next evening. Gwen had this sixth sense about her when it came to people. She could read a person better than anyone I knew, and ninety-eight percent of the time, she was always right on target. She said that she had a very good feeling about Nicholas, after just talking on the phone. With that taken care of, we decided to go next door and hang out with their neighbor’s kids for a while. We sat around on the porch and talked to almost two in the morning. We told them that we had to get up kind of early, so we were going in to go to bed. At ten o’clock, the next morning, I woke up, because I had to go to the bathroom. Gwen was already awake. She was in the kitchen cooking breakfast. She asked me to go and wake up Gabriella so we could eat breakfast and finish the house work. Because, we were going shopping. I woke Gabriella and jumped in the shower. Gwen had already taken one. I got out and Gabriella jumped in the shower. When we were all done with the house work, we dressed, done our hair, and done our make-up. We got into the car and headed to the mall. It was a gorgeous day, for me there was something magical in the air. We arrived at the mall around noon. We started on one end and hit every store inside, trying to find the perfect outfits for later on that night. After three hours of shopping, we had all found our own perfect ensembles.
After all that walking, we realized that we were hungry. So we decided to go to our favorite restaurant in town, El Toro’s. We ate our lunch, and Gwen wanted to ride around for a while, because it wasn’t near time for their parents to get up just yet. We rode all over the city I think, before we returned to the house at five-thirty. We got our things out of the car and went into the house. My Aunt and Uncle were sitting at the kitchen table, drinking coffee, already dressed for work. My Aunt Rebecca asked how our day had been. We said it had been a very good day, and showed her our outfits one by one. Aunt Rebecca knew about our plans for the night, and still urged us to be careful. You never know what kind of crazies are out there.
With that in mind, we proceeded into the bedroom to put our things away. When our things were put away, we went back into the kitchen with their parents. Gwen and I smoked, and their parents knew. So we sat down and each lit a cigarette and talked until their parents had to go to work. We talked about a little bit of everything from Gwen talking about getting a part-time job to us meeting Nicholas. My Uncle very seldom voiced his opinion on anything, unless he believed in it, but when he did, he always made a strong point. Please be careful and take care of each other, there’s power in numbers.
We knew what he was saying. We promised to do just that, for the sake of easing his mind. With that said, they left for work. It was almost six-thirty. They didn’t have to be at work until seven, but they always left early for traffic. When they left, we sat in the living room and watched music videos on MTV until eight. Gwen was the first on up getting ready for tonight. Gabriella and I decided to get ready together, so it wouldn’t take as much time. By nine, we were all dressed, our hair redone and our makeup reapplied. For the next hour, we sat and waited on the front porch until Nicholas arrived at ten.
Ten o’clock finally arrived. We were a little anxious, when Nicholas arrived late. We stood up and walked to the steps to wait his arrival. He was driving a white mustang Cobra, when he pulled into the driveway. He didn’t immediately get out of the car, but when he finally emerged, he was dressed casually. He was tall and thin, with blonde hair cut just above his shoulders. He walked up to the porch and said, Hello, my name is Nicholas Savage.
Gwen said, I’m Gwen, this is my sister Gabriella, and this is our cousin Isabella.
Nice to meet you
, we replied. With a single hand gesture, Gwen showed Nicholas to a seat on the porch beside her. Gwen started off the evening by telling Nicholas about Gabriella and I being leery about meeting him. He said he too had been nervous about meeting us. After we got this out in the open, the whole mood changed around us, everything was comfortable. I think everyone eased into their own safe place. So, we all settled in for a long night of conversation. Nicholas told us that he was seventeen, the same age as Gwen, and lived with his parents and an older brother. He also told us that he only lived a block and a half away from where we were right now. Walk through the alley to the end, turn left, and I’m the first house on the right. I’ll show you a little later if you want. We agreed, and Nicholas continued with his story. He said that his family had lived in the house for almost his whole life, so close and we’d never met until now. He said that his oldest brother lived in Birmingham, and his sister lived in Anniston with her husband and two
