Word Of Warning!!!
The contents contained within this book – a combination of a children’s book, short novel, and brief autobiography all rolled into one, of my real-life experiences with the topic of reading in question, as well as my desire to pursue a PH.D., and the dilemmas I faced in my attempts to reach my objective, contain GRE Vocabulary Words that might precipitate your need to consult a dictionary to look up each definition!!!
If you are, indeed, tempted to look up any or all of these words, my purpose in writing this book, The Little Girl Who Wanted To Become A Doctor – Of Philosophy, is a success!!!
I am an avid fan of Education, Higher Education, and life-long learning, and this book has been written to inspire individuals of all ages, particularly African-American parents, to spend more time reading in such a manner that reaching goals of the highest earthly degree would become inevitable, regardless of any or every obstacle standing in the way!!!
May each one of you continue to read out loud to one another!!!
Dedication

None of the countless books that you have had to read, none of the infinite papers that you have had to write, none of the innumerable GRE Vocabulary Words that you have had to endlessly study, and none of the untold sacrifices that you have had to make in order to finally attain your remarkably, noteworthy objective have been in vain.
Reading is indeed a privilege, and you have mastered the art!!! I am writing this
