Hot Sex and Cold-Blooded Murder - James A. Malone

    Chapter 1

The sun was real bright shining through the bedroom window. Candice was sleeping quietly beside him. The sex had been so good last night that he was thinking about waking her up for a quickie before he went to work. James had been working at this new job for only two months, and already, he was tired of it. He would be going into the army on June 1, only three weeks away. His brother, Tim, was supposed to have a party for him two days before he left. As James was about to leave, Candy comes in the living room to give him a kiss. She was a good and beautiful woman, and James is the only one who can call her Candy.

On his way to work James gets a call from Jack, his best friend, saying that James must get to Jack’s house as soon as possible. Something terrible has happened. So James phones his job to tell them he will be late. As soon as Jack opens the door for James, it is clear that something terrible has, in fact, happened. Jack’s wife, Betty, is lying on the floor with a bullet hole as wide as the Red Sea in her chest. Jack was mumbling something, but James couldn’t hear him at the moment because he was in shock. He soon comes out of it and tells Jack to sit down and tell him what happened.

Betty found my money. Stashed from our bank robberies. She put two and two together. She said she was going to call the cops. She didn’t want to be involved.

James says, You didn’t have to kill her, Jack! Did you call the cops yet?

    Jack said, Hell no.

So James Thomas and Jack Smith have a big problem. James tells Jack to call the cops and tell them the two were together all night at James’s place. James tells Jack to hand the gun over so that James can get rid of it, glad he parked in the back alley.

Later, at work, James calls Ted Johnson and tells him what’s been going on. Afterward, when James gets home, the phone is ringing. It’s the police. They ask him about Jack, and yes, Jack was with James all night. Ten minutes later Candy Spade came home. James gives her the lowdown. They have been together for seven years now and are planning to get married soon. Candy will back up whatever story James comes up with, no matter what. She knows about the bank robberies that Jack, James, and Ted have committed and now about the murder of Jack’s wife. When James gets out of basic training they will be married. Still, James has his doubts. He just loves all kinds of women.

After dinner, James calls Jack and tells him, I’ll be over. Later on tonight.

Candy jumps in the shower, and James follows. Soon after washing each other’s backs, James has a hard-on. Candy smiles, gets on her knees, and takes that precious piece of meat in her mouth. James can’t take this too long as he begins shaking uncontrollably and then cums in her mouth. They move into the bedroom. James goes muff diving without the gear. Candy is moaning and groaning so loud. Hopefully the neighbors won’t hear them. Finally, James gets on top and slowly enters Candy. After a few minutes, while looking into each other’s eyes, they cum together. James goes and takes another shower before going over to Jack’s house.

This time, James parks in the front, and Jack is waiting to let him in. Ted is already there, drinking a beer. Jack paces, acting nervous because he expects the cops to bust him at any moment. James and Ted keep telling him to stay cool; everything will be all right. They’ve been planning another robbery, watching this bank for the past three weeks, making the arrangements. They had planned to pull the heist tomorrow, a Saturday. During the week James, Jack, and Ted all work: James as a forklift operator, Jack as a telemarketer, and Ted as a local truck driver. Maybe after the bank job the next day, Jack will settle down a little bit. After going over some minor details, Ted leaves. This all takes about half an hour. James stays on another hour, drinking a few beers and talking about the good old days. James hoped this put Jack in a relaxed mood so he would be ready tomorrow.

Ten minutes later, James arrives home, and Candy jumps all over him as soon as he is in the door. She’s only wearing a thong and her bra. She tells James she’s been horny for the last couple of hours.

I need you now, she says.

So James leads her into the bedroom and begins to undress. While he’s disrobing, Candy goes into the bathroom to retrieve some K-Y Jelly. She comes back into the bedroom with a big smile on her face. James is lying on his back rock hard. She comes up beside him, hands him the K-Y, and lies down on her stomach.

James says, Are you sure you want me to do this to you?

Candy replies, I’m not going to ask, just spread my ass cheeks and get to work!

Slowly then, he gets her ready; and when she is finally begging to be devoured, he goes to work. At first, her ass is so tight that James thinks maybe he needs more K-Y, but that isn’t the case; he’s going deeper and deeper inside her. Candy starts to rock back and forth, and she tells James to play with her clit. She’s almost ready to cum. James stroked her to climax, and when she’s finished cumming James is ready to bust. He’s really starting to moan and groan, but Candy tells him to pull out.

I want you to cum all over my face, she tells him earnestly.

She turns quickly as James pulls out and cums all over her face, making a big mistake in the process—he cums also in her hair, which makes Candy angry.

James is telling her, Calm down, baby, and assuring he’ll make it up to her by giving her money to get her hair done and to go shopping. That does the trick, and she is much happier. After taking their showers, lying in bed together, James gives Candy the money for her hair and more than enough to do a little shopping. He asks Candy to call her daughter to see if Candy could stay there over the weekend. Candy knows when James asks her this it is because he is getting ready to hit a bank. So Candy calls her daughter, and they stay on the phone for about half an hour. When she gets off the phone Candy tells James it will be all right for her to go away for the weekend. Before going to sleep, Candy tells James to be careful and not to try any superhuman stuff, like in the movies. James just smiles and drifts off to sleep.

The next morning, James watches Candy pull off in her new black Mercedes. He goes to the phone and calls Jack to see if Ted’s arrived yet. He had just arrived. James tells them he will be there just as soon as he takes a shower. While he is rinsing himself off, he thinks about all the fun Jack, Ted, and he used to have growing up in New Jersey. Now they’re grown, robbing banks in New Jersey.

As soon as James arrives at Jack’s house, they go over their plans one more time. Earlier that morning, Jack and Ted had stolen two cars. As James and Jack wait in one of the cars, Ted parks the other a few blocks away then gets in with his accomplices. The three of them are wearing all black clothes, and they are all about six feet tall. About ten feet from the entrance to the bank, they don their black masks. James goes in first, followed by Ted, while Jack stands guard at the door.

Face down on the floor! James yells at the tellers.

When they are down, James and Ted go behind the counter and start going through the drawers, stuffing stacks of money into the bags they’ve brought with them for the purpose. James, Jack, and Ted all carry the same type of 9mm. When the security guard rounds the corner from the back where he’d been getting a coffee, he sees Jack first. Jack spots the guard at the same time and rapidly unloads his clip into the unsuspecting man.

Coming out from behind the counter, James says, What’s that smell?

One of the tellers shit herself, Ted says.

James turns to Jack and says, What did you do that for?

Jack just stares with a dazed look on his face.

Ted says, Come on, you guys! We’ve got to get out of here!

So they hurry out the door and get into the idling car. Jack is driving, James sits in the passenger’s seat, and Ted is in the back. They go a few blocks, ditch one car, and grab the other while James and Ted start changing clothes. When they are done, Jack pulls over so that Ted can drive and he can change clothes. Across town, they get rid of the car. James and Jack walk a bit to catch a bus while Ted takes a nearby train. They still have their bags loaded now with money, their clothes, and guns. Jack is the only one without money in his bag. Ted lives alone, so their meeting spot had been his house. James and Jack get into Ted’s by the back door. It had been left unlocked that morning. When Ted comes through the front door, James and Jack are screaming at each other. Ted gets between them.

Cool off, you two, before the neighbors hear!

Ted turns on the TV, and they settle down to count the money. On the twelve o’clock news, they go to the bank the three had just robbed. They’re talking mostly about the security guard, DOA at Jackson Hospital. The FBI is claiming they’ll put all their effort into solving the case as soon as possible. Ted gets up and turns off the TV. He says they’re in big trouble.

We’ve got to just keep our heads and do the same things we’ve always done, James says.

They finish counting the money, about ninety thousand dollars, and split it three ways—not a lot considering the risks, but better than nothing at all. James instructed Ted to get rid of the guns just as soon as he and Jack leave. They split up, James taking the train and Jack the bus, to get back to Jack’s house where James left his car. When James arrives, Jack opens the back door for him. James wants to know what Jack is doing later on, and Jack lets on that he’s going to see some girl. So James says goodbye and heads home. At home, James calls Ted to see if he’d like to celebrate at a club.

That’d be cool, says Ted, and they agree to meet around ten o’clock that night.

James’s next call is to Candy, and she’s happy to hear his voice. He tells her not to talk about the event earlier going bad. He will tell her everything tomorrow night when she gets home. They talk for another fifteen minutes and hang up.

Meanwhile, Ted didn’t do as he was told. He had gone downstairs and, instead of losing the guns, hid them in his basement.

Around two o’clock that afternoon, as Jack was getting out of the shower, he gets a call from the cops saying they want him to come down to the station. Jack complies, and when he gets to the police station, a detective named Jackson meets him there. Jack is told to sit down in one of the interrogation room chairs, and they ask if there is anything he needs, but Jack says, No.

Jackson says that he has an eyewitness who claims Jack was home at the time of his wife’s murder. This witness is willing to testify against Jack in court. Jack asks if he should call a lawyer.

Detective Jackson says, Only if you’re guilty. Since there’s no hard evidence to corroborate the witness’s testimony, we’re letting you go on your own recognizance. But I advise you to cooperate with our investigation by tomorrow, if not sooner.

Jack asks, Can I leave now?

The detective replies, Yes, you can go, but if I don’t hear from you by tomorrow, and this goes to trial, you’ll never see the streets again.

Later on, it’s time to go to the club, so Ted gets in his red Honda Civic and, on the way, stops at a Wawa to get a bag of chips. Pulling in he sees Jack’s car go by. Who is in the car with Jack blows Ted’s mind. When he gets to the club, Ted’s debating whether he should tell James or not. Maybe, instead, when Ted talks to Jack, he will ask him what the hell he is doing. All Ted really wanted to do that night was have a good time.

After twenty minutes in the club, Ted sees James at a table with two fine ladies, so he moves over to the table and is introduced to Kim and Tina. After ten minutes of talking among themselves, the ladies said they were going to the bathroom.

James turns to Ted and says, It doesn’t make a difference which woman we take—we’ll likely fuck both of them.

After Kim and Tina come back from the bathroom, James grabs Tina, and they head for the dance floor. Ted and Kim follow right behind. They all stayed at the club for about two hours. When it was time to leave, Tina says to James that he and Ted could follow her to her house. James gets into his black Grand Am, Ted into his own car, and they follow the two girls in Tina’s tan STS. It takes them half an hour to get to Tina’s house. After they get settled in, Tina pulls out two joints; and after they finish them James asks Tina, Are you ready for some serious action?

Tina says, I’m game for just about anything, so James and Tina get up and go into the bedroom.

Ted asks Kim, What about you, girl?

    Yes.

They go into the other bedroom.

As James put on his condom, them both naked in Tina’s bedroom, Tina says, I want you to give it to me hard and wild.

When he enters Tina, he starts slow but after a while picks up the pace.

Roll over on your stomach, James says.

Tina does just that, and he enters her from behind. It doesn’t take Tina long before she yells out that she’s cumming. When James is about to cum, he yanks off the condom and spreads her ass cheeks so he can cum in between them. Tina gets up with a smile on her face and says she’s going to take a shower. When she leaves, James gets up to go into the living room but, on the way, hears some strange noises coming from the other bedroom. James thinks, I’m going to take a look in there to see what’s going on.

When he cracks the door, lo and behold there is Ted on his knees, and Kim is behind him with her strap-on dildo going in and out of Ted’s behind. James hurries up and closes the door, not wanting Ted to see him there. All this time that he had known Ted, he’d never known that Ted was into that kind of thing.

Well, I guess you learn something new every day, James thinks.

He turns around and goes back into the bathroom with Tina.

She smiles and says, I wondered what was taking you so long.

Suddenly, she drops to her knees and takes his dick in her mouth. James puts both his hands against the walls and starts to move back and forth into Tina’s mouth. As soon as she grabs his balls, James starts to shake, and he cums so hard Tina is choking, but she swallows all of it. After they finish in the shower and are lying in bed, the last sound that James hears is the strange noise coming from the other bedroom as he goes to sleep.

The next morning, as James and Ted are having breakfast with Kim and Tina, Jack is on his way down to the police station. When he gets there he asks for Detective Jackson. Before leaving home to come to the police station, Jack had called his lawyer who promised to meet him down there. Jack had explained everything to his lawyer as to what he wanted to do. His lawyer had said that he would do his best and that hopefully everything would work out for the best.

As soon as Detective Jackson walks in the room, he says, I knew you would see things our way.

About five minutes later Jack’s lawyer, whose name is Harry Jones, is ushered into the interrogation room and introduced to Detective Jackson. When they get down to business, Mr. Jones says, If my client confesses to the murder of his wife, he wants full immunity on the grounds that he has information concerning unsolved crimes currently under investigation by the FBI.

Of course, Detective Jackson would have to go to his boss with this new development, and they could wait right there. After twenty minutes Jackson comes back with his boss, Captain Taylor. All the introductions being made, the captain asks Jack, What is this other information? to which Jack replies, You will have to talk to my lawyer here because we haven’t made any deals yet.

Mr. Jones says to the captain, I think you better call in the FBI. My client knows about some bank robberies.

The captain tells Mr. Jones and Jack to come back to the police station later that afternoon so that they could complete the deal, and when they return later that afternoon they meet FBI Special Agent in Charge Jim Nelson. The deal he offers to Jack is that he testify against his two buddies and point out the one who had shot the security guard. Jack told everyone it had been James who shot the guard. He told Special Agent Nelson about all the banks that they had robbed and are planning to rob. They were planning to rob another bank on Tuesday, just two days away. Jack claimed they were intending to meet at his house on that morning. Special Agent Nelson said that the FBI would raid Jack’s house that Tuesday morning and arrest everyone
