About this ebook
Is there any eternal value to your day job?
Is it possible to find gospel meaning in your "secular" career?
If you really love Jesus, shouldn't you quit your job and go into full-time ministry?
How does your everyday work have anything to do with God's mission in the world?
Erik Cooper
After starting his career in the business world, Erik Cooper spent twelve years in full-time ministry, both on staff at a large suburban church and as a church planter in a downtown urban context, before returning to the marketplace. In addition to his role at The Stone Table (thestonetable.org), he serves as Vice-President at Community Reinvestment Foundation (crf.net), a nonprofit real estate company that owns, manages, and constructs high-quality affordable housing and assisted living facilities while investing half its profits each year into global missions through The Stone Table. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano, playing mediocre golf, crafting quality dad jokes, and drinking entirely too much coffee. Erik and his wife Mandy reside in Indianpolis, Indiana with their three incredible children Emma, Anna, and Austin, who make their lives so rich.
