These were childhood favorites of mine, and so I was quite pleased to learn that my local library had them. They're actually still great reads; very wholesome, and good for all ages.

This series is a great way to introduce chapter and series reading to young ones. I would recommend reading the series out loud to a class to show that reading can be fun and interesting. Also, this would be a great book to introduce that private reading can be fun.

I would recommed these books to people who like adventures or storys/detective stuff.the kids don't have parnets but they do have a grandfather who tells them storys and the go to find if the storys are true.If they are true they go on a adventure and find a mystery with it.VERY GOOD BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
