About this ebook
Clayton Dean does not believe in magic. But when his bandmates drag him out to the same summer street festival in Portland, Oregon, that they go to every year, they find a handsome fortune teller whose predictions are a little too accurate. Between a plate of funnel cakes and a little bit of charm, will Rowan be able to convince Clay that there's more than just the magic of the festival in the air?
A short and steamy M/M instalove story between a grumpy skeptic and a mischievous psychic. Set in the same version of paranormal Portland as KP Maxwell's Men of Café Seuil series.

About the Author
Funnel Cakes & Overly Specific Fortunes
It’s the last night of the neighborhood’s annual summer street festival in Southeast Portland, Oregon, and the street is still crowded with people and lined with colorful pop-up tents. It smells like spilled beer and fried food and the occasional burst of pot smoke. It’d be easy to get lost here, but this is Clayton Dean’s neighborhood and he’s intimately familiar with it. Plus, his bandmates have dragged him out here to experience the festival all three nights this weekend, just like they do every year, and he’s pretty sure he could draw a map of the damn thing by this point.
This year, for the first time though, they finally got to play a gig here. Last night, on a stage in front of a live audience – probably their biggest audience yet – they played an entire set, and it was exhilarating. They’ve had other local gigs, usually in small clubs and bars, but there’s something special about playing at a summer street festival.

Not that Clay believes in any of that crap.
But tonight’s much calmer, and Clay has
