You can wear them, ground them into powder for use in holistic formulas, place them strategically around your home or business, carry them in pockets or hands or they can be placed around the energy centers of the body to elicit and expand healing potential. These are just a few forms of use but I’m sure there are many healers and masters who have additional uses for them.

Personally, I use crystals in many ways. I love crystal salt scrubs as we are more often depleted from salt through our systems and we are made up of salt water, so the synergy is better when we can use salt through our skin
