The romance between Nate and Cassie was very sweet. I kept waiting for Nate to discover something. He was in Austin to investigate, but we never really see him doing any investigating. There are references to him going to the library and checking records. But he doesn't discover anything. The story line of his reason to be there goes absolutely no where.
