Known for setting her epic books in idyllic destinations, Karen Swan’s latest novel, The Hidden Beach , is set in Stockholm, and along the archipelagos of the Swedish coast. In the story, Hannah’s husband wakes up from a seven-year coma to find his family have moved on – and everything changes. Karen was a fashion journalist before beginning to write her 19 successful novels. She lives in Sussex with her husband, three children and two dogs.
