Wealthcare University A Transition To Financial Freedom - Royce Wheeler

    Introduction

Thank you and congratulations on purchasing my book and completing one of the first steps that we as humans take when we invest in ourselves – READING. You obviously will be looking for answers to investment strategies that will provide you income and a way to gain income legally and without damage to your lifestyle. I began writing this book in 2018, and the topics discussed are for financial freedom and investment purposes and not to paint a picture of the lifestyle that led up to my investments. This book, I believe, will solve the problem that my community has, and that’s a lack of simple investment knowledge that other communities obtained generations ago.

Imagine being educated about dividends, multiple currencies, and how to be a digital landlord while you were in high school or middle school. Imagine your parents taking half of your allowance or earnings and investing it in stocks that will reinvest and buy more stock or cryptocurrency EVERY month for the rest of your life. You can imagine it or make it a reality by reading our Wealthcare University books and applying the information from them into your life. Let me also throw it in the open that I AM NOT a financial advisor, but I have helped many people and been taught by many mentors. Not only did I obtain the knowledge, but I applied it, and my lifestyle became a reflection of it.

I would like to start by saying my first name is not Negus. However, I felt like somewhere in life, I obtained and earned that title; my peers felt the same. So, in front of my real name, which is Royce, I placed Negus, which means King. I am a board-certified credit consultant, the owner of Tax Squad based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and co-owner of Wealthcare University, which was started in Atlanta, Georgia. Most of my knowledge has been self-taught throughout my life journey, along with the help of many mentors who will be named throughout this book.

When you grab this book, please apply these tools immediately and be prepared to invest in yourself. The longer we wait, the more we extend our problems instead of finding our solutions.

    Chapter One: In the Beginning

This chapter will provide a brief insight on my beginning, and honestly, upon writing it, I felt like I was placed in a position for greatness that would only be achieved by the multiple road bumps that I have faced in life. I was born to two people who had a different vision than their family members, and that’s what makes it so unique because, with this combination, I felt like my family knew I was destined to win. I felt the same, even as a little boy of about 5 or 6 years old. My father was the first person to graduate from college in his family. However, he dropped out of high school before attending job corps, which was followed by four years in the military and a bachelor’s in political science from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU). My mother came from a family that knew they were excellent regardless of wealth or class and strived to be the first and remain productive despite racial barriers. She took the normal path and graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in nursing

Growing up, education was considered a given since my folks graduated from college. I always strived to be a college graduate just like them. As a child, my mother used to read to me all the time. She made sure that my mind was made up to go further, regardless of my position in life. Reading would serve as a tool that would ultimately be my key to uprooting my life and achieving success amongst my peers. I would
