Welcome To Paris

This is me!

So here I am, welcome to my new diary. My name is Jasmine Jones, I am 14 years old, and my two favorite things in the world are animals (I have a particular love of cats) and New Direction. I am not sure yet if I want to grow up and marry Harry Styles or be a vet, but my mom tells me I have lots of time to decide.

I am in France at the moment. Well, Paris, to be exact. I bought this diary in a cute little book shop and decided that since all of my friends are a gazillion miles away, I would write in this instead! God only knows I need a friend right now, so you’re it! : )

Just so you know, I may be in France but I’m not French! I live in New York normally, with my mom, dad, my younger brother John and our little sister Jackie. I do love my family, but I am sure I wouldn’t be the first teenager to say that they DRIVE ME NUTS! Especially John, he is very different from than me. He loves school and does a million hours more homework than his teachers even ask him to! Jackie is more like me, but ten years younger. She always has an answer for everything; just not in the way that teachers or parents like!

It’s not just us on vacation; we are with the Thomas family too. I wish we had come on our own though, but I will explain why I HATE them being here later. (I don’t actually hate them by the way, it’s all very complicated!)

I am tired now. It’s late and my little sister is snoring in the bed next to me and my brother is snoring in the bed on the other side of the room. We are in a lovely hotel, but I miss my room!! I should TRY to sleep; tomorrow we are going to the Eiffel Tower!
