Arthur Cantrell

Arthur Cantrell is an oncologist making his home in Arkansas. A retired member of the National Guard, he served for over two decades achieving the rank of Colonel. His decorations for distinguished service include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal and Global War on Terrorism Medal.
