On the one hand, it's a remarkable achievement, given his age and mileage. The level of play he put out this year was pretty remarkable, even before considering how long he's been at it. There isn't much, if any, precedent. On the other hand, the reason James made the third team and not first or second? 56 games. But it was also incredibly exciting, and in the end, it was one in which the greatness of LeBron James, clearly exhausted playing heavy minutes in his 20th season, came through. 117-111, Lakers to win Game 4 and take a 3-1 series lead. James struggled most of the night to get space to score, but managed to get into the paint on the team's final possession in regulation to tie the score and send the game to overtime. In the OT, he drove on Dillon Brooks to draw a critical and-one that essentially sealed the game. 22/20/7 with a pair of blocks. It was a memorable stat line on a night where James, like everyone else on both teams, struggled on offense. Anthony Davis was 3-14 from the floor (though he did have a huge tip in OT).
