The book easily displays the information by headings, subheadings, table of contents, captions, glossary, and an index. Throughout the text, students will learn lots of facts about Phelps, like where he grew up in Baltimore, and what kinds of awards he has won as an athlete. What will catch their eye and keep them engaged in the text, is the extensive amount of photographs and imagery use like, "Michael leaped into the water.
