About this ebook
A Journey called Life…
Life shows us varied shades of relationships. There are people in our life who would knowingly or unknowingly guide us to our destined path. Good will overcome the evil bad at one point of time or the other way round. But everything has its phase and importance in our life.
In this book, I am covering only one facet of relationship and that is good. The positives will always over power the negatives. This book tries to build and fortify relationships with everything one comes across. A few of my quotes to express positivity: -
Life as a journey must have a cause to live and not just living through...
Look for positives and life will become beautiful…
Ups and downs are a part of this journey called life, so try to live it to the fullest….
and above all, the reason why I wrote this book is because I believe that we must...
Live from
Inside, our heart
Feeling
Elated for what we have
Positivity in life and relationships is what I am trying to bring to readers.

Prologue
JOURNEY THROUGHOUT my life has taken me to varied places and some of them were even untamed. This book encompasses positive lessons that I have learnt and I feel that everyone must have come across in one way or the other. This book is a compilation of ten positive relationships. It portrays the importance of relationships in our life through a thematic expression. There are ten different themes depicted through a poem as a prelude and a short story to amplify that expression. It is an effort to bring positivity in today’s materialistic world. We all have positive thoughts in us but we are not able to express them. The stories here have varied timelines but mostly related to today’s world. The places and the incidents mentioned in the book may be fictitious. The characters of these stories may not be real but the feelings are true. I am sure you all will be able to connect with them.
Our journey from childhood till our last breath entangles us into relationship with various people which grows stronger with time. We grow and live with our relations as we humans are social by nature.
The book starts with a very close relationship of a father and a son and ends with a heart touching story 'A Tree with a Shade’ that is my last expression of positivity and hope focussed on obligations we have for the society we live in.
LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN...
CHAPTER ONE
Father and Son Relationship
THIS IS THE MOST EMPHATIC expression of relationship. Although the least expressed by either side. This theme tries to highlight the importance of father and son’s relationship. Father’s, no matter how strict they seem to appear but would always do the best for their children. The relationship depicted here is vast in its expanse. It throws light on the importance of acceptance of the dreams of your children.
CHAPTER TWO
Destiny Follows You...
JUNG was a small-town boy...
A smart, intelligent, and hardworking but a simple boy with a straight forward thinking and an ever-helping nature. He was a boy with a thin built but strong expressive facial look. At 18, he was more mature than his age and of course better than his friends. His father was a small shopkeeper, but Jung was different, he wanted to pursue his career differently. But being a simple boy, he couldn’t muster the courage for an extravagant experience in his life.
So, after finishing his college he joined his father at his shop to make the family business prosper, but he was not happy with his work and used to think, what his life could be, if he had chosen to do something else, something challenging, different from his normal life. One day he came across a boy almost of his age, who was physically strong, smart, easy go lucky types. Rohan came to his shop to buy some groceries. Connection between the two emerged almost instantaneously. Rohan was preparing for the entrance exam for joining the Defence Forces. He was physically fit and mentally robust and that is all he thought was required to join the defence forces.
Jung got impressed and thought if he could also do the same. The thought was good, however, it got shortened, as he heard his father’s voice, calling him, ‘Jung, please come here and help me.’ He immediately realised that this thought was way ahead of his real world and he tried to
