Debbie Gabor

was born in Akron, Ohio, USA. I have two children, two grandchildren and 3 “grand dogs”. I graduated with a B.A. form Ohio State University. I have worked at the Red Cross; my family’s dry cleaning and men’s clothing business; was a financial consultant at Merril Lynch; and then most recently owned a restaurant/bar. I sold the bar when I had the opportunity to travel to Belize to help a friend in a resort in 2003. I fell in love with Belize and was inspired to write these poems.
